Really inspiring to hear how Jay has turned his life around. Again I can't speak highly enough about Ricky's interviewing style- he gives space for his subject to speak and express themselves.
I hope he can settle down into a good Way of life..jails no good for anyone really..you can go in at 17 and get out at 40 and in your mind your stuck at 17
I work in inner London trauma. Yes, there are a lot of shootings. And point blank shots. To the neck. Some survive and we see them. I’ve lived here only in my adult life, and I genuinely cannot believe it. Most people then get police guards, in case someone finishes them off, or by chance someone says things. But nobody will say. Even if you do, what is the chance it’ll stick evidence wise. There’s people who are vegetables. Due to stabbing. They are the sad ones, they are young, who will live for 10 years before dying in a nursing home with someone wiping their bum and drool. And their mum, who doesn’t stop visiting when everyone else does. Congratulations if you can leave it, and if you trip get up and try again. Because the hardest thing to do is to have a view of yourself, an identity, and realise you are better than you thought you were. No one is ‘bad’, I needed to change my life too.
Beiber was shit scared of Victor. He knew Victor had a hit given out to do beiber for half oz of gear & landed on the same wing n jail & beiber would bang up everytime Victor walked the steps to the 2s were beibers cell was. True story.
I remember Beiber when he landed at Whitemoor,,he was quiet as a mouse and didn't mingle much.. He's not liked by many cos he got others in trouble to do with the escape plan etc? He talks a good job but when it got to the time?, the plot was uncovered? Victor Would have dealt with him like he did with the big Dred? Another big man who lost an eye?🙊🙉🙈 R.I.P VICTOR CASTIGADOR... cheers lads All the best. B,S 3
True , Totally different world in those high Securitys prisons. I spent 4 years in long Latin back in 01-05 . It was an Experiences and eye opener. This guy would've known Jamaica Tony
interesting to hear how Jay got himself in trouble for beating up a kid in school. I was severely beaten up, threatened with a knife, bullied ect by a lad when I was at school. needless to say he never got in trouble for it and the school let him get away with his behaviour as he was in care as a kid.
Well done on getting ur life together m8. Hope your freedom lasts long time. After a big stretch its hard to keep your feet firmly on the ground. Keep it real m8. Respect. And another great podcast m8. Smashing it. Keep them coming mate 100%

Loving these vids mate, keep up the good work! I got remanded in Chelmsford (2008) & my life story banned for 5 years courtesy of Crown Court (2009-2014) all for exposing family child ab*se. The many perks of a Masonic dad with Essex Police in his back pocket. Christmas before last I was given a second gagging order.

Ealing is West London...So he went from West to East London..
