I'm from Malaysia. Traditionally, that ball was make by rattan, modernization make it by plastic fiber.. its a cool game, by killing the ball at your opponents. ❤❤

The korean guy used taekwon based kick, and the back landing is basically safe fall technique in judo. Thai ones, I've seen such kick and landing in muaythai movies. As for malay ones, that's harimau landing (after back kick) of silat.
they are teaching this in Europe and in USA, but of course it takes sometimes to get use to it, I have fear that one day Europeans and Americans will just snatch the crown from Asians.
Go online buy a rattan weave takraw ball then play dribble u will get the hang of it but don't go back flippings any time soon ya , or u will break something for sure ✌🏻🤓 enjoy ya
