How do donuts made?
Easily one of the best flubs in RT history, and that's saying something.
As the grandson of a baker, I get so annoyed every time I hear the donut hole thing. The donut holes DO fit in the donut... PRE BAKING/FRYING. when the donut is dough...nut.
Donuts can be rolled (typically for baking) or they can be cut out of a sheet using a cylindrical press. The "corners" just get reused to make another dough sheet.
Even *I* know that dough expands when you bake it.
@@PriffyViole I think they eventually got to that point, but they just didnt know the logistics of "how" donuts are made. Or baking at all, for that matter. "Edge" dough is always reused, rolled donuts are usually baked specialty donuts, etc.
