It’s easy to use your income from d rental properties you own as an additional proof of income . A lot of smart people invest in real estate before owning there personal property. Yes! It’s easy to use your income from d rental properties you own as an additional proof of income . A lot of smart people invest in real estate before owning there personal property.

I think they meant 5th property they have been in, not owned. If it was their 5th property in terms of ownership, they wouldnt be asking the realtor about the closing process
