To clear up any confusion, I wrote a caption on my Instagram (tolulopesolutions) but simply put, this is indeed our 5th property as a family but 1st in Canada; Now read the title again! I hope it makes sense to you the way it does to me lol.

Soteria, as little as she is, is already aware that the family has a property and she has learnt that the day she sees the wooden structure isn't the same day the house is ready...she is learning how to wait through processes. I am sincerely happy for you guys and it is a great thing God has done for you both.
However I struggle to see how you have bought 5houses in 2yrs without any financial back-up out of the ordinary.
A lot of people who follow your lovely channel are hard-working individuals who are trying their hardest to succeed and do the things you guys are doing now. I feel that you not explaining exactly how you got to buying 5houses in 2years is tantamount to you misleading your followers and only wanting to trend.
I have lived abroad in the past 12years and I know for free that buying 5 houses in 2yrs is absolutely rare.
Please I ask that you do a clog explaining exactly how you made this happen so that all of a can learn from you guys.

I agree they could be properties outside of Canada but the way it was worded; it specifically states that ‘this is the 5th house they are buying IN Canada within 2yrs’
Hard working people follow the channel and it is only right that they also explain how they made this happen so that everyone of us can benefit from the strategy.

The title has to be clickbait 5 houses in a Canada how with this interest rest and stress test bank will do. They could have 4 other properties outside Canada.your income, credit score, liabilities and asset has to justify a mortgage which takes time. Congratulations on your new house.

Real estate investors can buy many more than 5 in 2 years. It might be fix and flip investment properties , or Brrrr properties. It’s easy to use your income from d rental properties you own as an additional proof of income . A lot of smart people invest in real estate before owning there personal property.

I was shocked too wen I came to the USA, but it's because of the weather, soil type and the alot other things.

Wood houses have a higher rate of survival in the event of an earthquake, that's why they started building Wood houses in the US and Canada.

I think they meant 5th property they have been in, not owned. If it was their 5th property in terms of ownership, they wouldnt be asking the realtor about the closing process
