Kutulu was indeed a sumerian god and was porbably used in the creation of Cthulhu, but still, this song is about lovecrafts Cthulhu, not sumerian one. The comment i replied to seemed to refer to the song as something that gays up a legend older than christianity, while its about 70 year old fictional character.
