Main house needs some Extra luv'n for sure, that rot at the sill and outside, could be a real issue. Some of the out building, would make good fire wood, in my view, unless some of the structures aren't too far gone, it's a 'fixer upper' for sure, but beautiful grounds, can make a nice place to hobby farm !
WE say about 10 acres per cow in my area, but this being much more lush and getting much more moisture then we do, I'd guess you could cut it in half, so 5 acres per unit. Keep yourself safe, don't over graze, but is there any hay ground there, I don't know, that makes a difference too...Just sharing !
