I can attest that all of Bealtaine is magical and enchanted, but the faerie woods is especially ethereal. Even the birds don't go there often or if they do they are silent. I'll be excited to see Bealtaine in its season when all the plants are accelerating in their growth. I'm sure it will be especially delightful!
I so enjoy your morning strolls. You are about 6 hours ahead of me, so I get to watch your morning videos with a cup of coffee as my garden begins to appear in the early morning light. Your voice is very soothing. As I watch and listen to you, it puts me in a contemplative mood that prepares me for my work day. I am fortunate to be self employed and working from home, and our early morning time together is always delightful. Blessings to you.
your Fairy Wood is astounding. I always feel a sense of awe and wonder when you walk through it with us - I find it deeply moving actually. It makes me imagine a world when it was young, and woven through with myth and poetry and song. The Fairy Wood makes all of that come to life for me, and reminds me that power still exists in the world, even if for a time, it's been buried (but not destroyed!). It's as though you discovered and unearthed the song-lines of the land when you released the spring well Colette. And her joy flows there again.
Thank you for this video. It is radiating healing energy for me as I'm struggling with a serious health crises. It is a blessing to be immersed in your wood and reminds me to keep focused on returning eventually to an environment that is more in keeping with my ethics. On a lighter note your comments about the Irish version of Walmart mirrors my feelings exactly right down to the observation of people pushing enormous carts of crap....etc. I have been in these stores very rarely and I'm always appalled by the Zombie like appearance of people shopping there.....buy buy buy....making money for the 1%. If the world had a one day world wide time out for going there, these companies would collapse and we could get back to shopping at locally owned businesses which have disappeared an alarming rate. Oh no, I think this has turned into a rant......Blessings to you Collette and all who dwell in Bealtaine Woodland Sanctuary.
Dear Colette , once again a beautiful walk . We are bitterly cold , and the ground is frozen . The birds are hungry , the feeding stations are quickly empty . Have a nice day . Best regards and many hugs for you and Jack and your loved ones from Conny Braun and cat Felix from Germany . ❤️
Loving your walks and truths that need to be said out loud. You are such a jewel of life. Thank you for sharing your way of life with us Colette. Blessings
Thank you for a lovely walk with you and Jack . The weather is funny today I felt cold inside the house but I went outside is seemed warm I'm having a brew ( a cup of tea) now after our walk thank you Blessings to you Colette and Jack xx
I so love how you explain the truth of life, and help me understand it all, the whole picture becomes much clearer. blessings Colette, and dear lovely Jack xx
Absolutely love the moss growing every where at Bealtaine Cottage. Is it a particular type. I have been blessed with an abundance in the yard this winter. Some has a very tiny leaf growing from it. Blessings to all at Bealtaine Cottage.
The birdsong is 50% of the reason I love your videos! You are very lucky to have running natural water on your property, I WISH I had that, unfortunately i'm creating a forest in a high altitude mountain in Colorado. Water has many magical properties.
No such word as coincidence in my vocabulary, I am amazed and humbled about what comes my way when I need it and I always say thank you. I so love and look forward to Imbolc, my favourite time of year, not long now! Everything is starting to bud with a promise of good things to come. Keep taking that coconut oil Colette! Blessings x
Lovely to walk with you! We have very thick ice about 2” over every thing today. Too dangerous for me and my furry boy. But we have snow on the way! Safety in lots of snow and it will be warmer. My birds are very hungry so a lot of trips to fill the feeders and hang new suet. 🙂🐿🦝🦆🐇🦉
Laughing out loud here. Just a second or so before you mentioned "Zombie-state" regarding supermarket shoppers I thought to myself "they are like disenchanted zombies! You and I sing from the same page. Love to You xxx
In Waterford it is quite chilled with snow on the mountains. Very beautiful. Fire going. Need a new plate on the Stanley. It is smoking. Wish my cottage was as warm as yours! C from the little haunted cottage in Ireland
You mentioned covering the nettles. They’re high in iron, calcium, vitamins A and C. Online You can find many ways to cook them so they’re edible. Spring nettles are best! Blessings.
Never scoff at folk lore!!!! Folk lore is thousands of years old and will outlive modern living as it has substance. Lol I can smell the leaf carpet in your Fairy Wood in my mind. Ahh peace.

Your wee stroll is a friendly greeting compared to the -22 temps here in Iowa. Celebrate spring!

Agreed, I do not believe in coincidence either. Everything happens for a reason, and the wise woman generally is able to figure out the connection.
Dee Blakley , i have to agree with you completely. Have a nice day . Conny Braun
Oh, how I wish we were as close to Spring as you are! ;) Something for me to look forward to! :) Blessings!!

Badgers? You would have badger medicine. You're awesome! I actually have some of their fur. I hold it close when I'm in need. Love ya Woman!!!

Yes, I know, but I have as much as I need growing here...too many becomes a monoculture.

Do the badgers and Jack every spar?
Geoengineering. In the US we have no sun anymore. I wish you better luck in Ireland.
I've been told that coincidence is a math term that simply means "to coincide". We have turned it into something else 💫
Dear lord. The day you rest on your laurels, the 🌎 Earth stops spinning. 😂😂😂😂🌎😉
