We have a garden in Richmond Va. called Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens which reminds me of Chelsea gardens only smaller. Our garden is open almost year round. I love all the little displays around the streets…thanks for showing us around I have been watching BBC and Gardener’s World…my absolute favorite garden is the all white I think it’s the National Garden Scheme Garden…it was the most calming and beautiful in my opinion…the flowers at 27:15 are stunning…thanks for also sharing your hotel/accommodation and costs compared with last years.

My favourite garden well is hard to choose! The stroke one was lovely also the one of st James with the huge window... Hi always love your annual chelsea vlog. 10:33 lady & the tramp was my favourite. I walked round the streets on Thursday. So many beautiful displays 🌺🌺🪴🌹🌷🌹
Hi Catherine! I love this time of year and the best is seeing you with Mr C🤩 thank you so much for showing us all the gorgeous arrangements and the beautiful blooms. Hard to pick a favourite but I got all excited when I saw the bees on the alliums 🥰 I always love your alliums and I really need to plant some in my garden next year! I found the displays leaning towards "wilding" which suits my style (lazy gardener 😂). I try to keep the native plants when I can. Who can say no to free plants lol I just make sure they aren't invasive species. Hope your mum is on the mend!

I went to the RHS Malvern show a few weeks ago, and I definitely noticed Geums were everywhere, and things like foxgloves too - more whimsical/wild style planting. I also noticed a lot of the snowball viburnum too, but that might have just been because I never realised how cute they were before! Hope your mam's feeling better soon!
Thank you for taking us along to the show. I could never afford London 😊 I did notice a lot of white ,which I'm trying to add to my garden. And like you said height. There was one image I think at 13:33 of allium and foxgloves that gave me inspiration. So pretty together. I felt the word for me was " blousy" no obvious planting plan. (Obviously that's the plan) Lol. Good episode. ❤

This was so delightful- and sentimental for me. Though I was never there during the Chelsea flower show, I actually met my late husband when I stayed in a bed and breakfast in Sloane Square- actually Culford Gardens- he was taking care of the hotel for his friends while they were on vacation, and we had tea. We corresponded for the next year by snail mail( this was still in the 70’s ) and eventually fell in love and married. I was American and we settled in Canada and had our family here. I even have a friend here who also had a tie to that area- her sister had a condo on the same street! I loved hanging out in Chelsea and on Kings Road- and Princess Diana and her friends were the Sloane Rangers!

Last year was the first time I had heard of or seen the Chelsea flower show curtesy of your YT channel. It was just magical! This year had some lovely displays too, but last year was my fave! This year the Winnie-the-Pooh characters are my faves. TU So Much for taking me along. Thrilled you got to see Monty Don and Mr. C. ...PS: I am from Oregon State in the US

Beautiful vlog- thank you. I really enjoyed seeing the street displays - 13:33 and 14:44 were lovely although there were so many other favourites. Glued to the BBC every evening to watch the RHS flower show but your vlog gave a different view. And you saw Monty! ❤️. We’re off to see Monty on tour in November- be weird to see him not in a garden setting. But he is great! 👍

Lovely vlog! What a lovely short break-"ish" (because you were still vlogging . Which we are greatful for!). One day I hope to go there.
I love the trees and whimsical planting... i have a tiny garden in the city I live.. i make it a green as possible with trees, bushes, shrubs.. mainly fruit bearing... then flowers in between... that come up all through the year!... love my garden.. still have plans.. it is cooler with all the green and shade in summer when we have 30°c + temperatures.

I have that chair from the hotel but in brown with an exact footstool that is the same height as the seat of the chair. I sit on the chair to watch RUclips. lol I just Loved the Winnie the Pooh set as Winnie is named after a province in Canada. On a side note, I hope your mom gets better soon... it is hard when the parent gets sick or hospitalized.

Seeing a Hawaii shirt between all the blue costumes was very refreshing. Well done Mr Carrington ( do I have that right?)Do you think they all have the same stylist? Weird. I love all the plants. How unique is it to have white Foxglove blooming with a white Rhododendron? As the white Rhododendron blooms in April, can get brown with a late frost and Foxglove is definitely a June and later bloomer. And usually shows up with his lovely pink friends. Like all those trees? Who wants to cut them back when they turn out huge. I have 8 trees in my garden, more then enough work already. Unrealistic gardening is not nice for the viewer. But he ho, Chelsea flower show.
I found you and your channel from watching Mr Carrington's Chelsea video last year! So glad to have found your content. The show was beautiful but maybe last year was a little bit better with those little cabins and all!
