DECONSTRUCTED GAZPACHO for the Favorite Chef Competition

When in Spain, gazpacho is delivered with a beautiful tray of delicious toppings for the cold soup- including ice cubes! This recipe delivers a plate to the customer with the toppings artfully arranged and the cold soup on the side in a little jar to pour over the top. In the bowl: olive oil then cucumbers and peppers from our garden, Kaleidoscope tomatoes from Kentucky Fresh Harvest, and a savory lemon-herb ice with grilled shrimp on top. On the tray: cantaloupe, honey, & goat cheese spread with serrano ham, and then toasty croutons fresh from the oven.
