Minteh should be in Newcastle's squad next year. He has scored goals and assists at a good level; he turns 20 in July, so he can develop here. Offers quality currently missing on the right wing. Would save money, as a new right winger would have to be purchased otherwise. Bring him in, then buy at least one striker and a centre half.
We could really do with Minteh in the squad as our two main strikers are made of glass.
How will they pay the wages for Howes' favourites?

Delighted for Joelinton and his new contract - missed him in a number of games as a stabilising factor. The Geordie Maradonna is even better in my opinion though - see Eliott ahead of Big Joe for next season.
And for me I wouldn't loan Minteh out next season - we could do with a backup striker and I am sure he can provide lots of quality and goals to the squad.

Getting Big Joe signed is a must. Teams definitely have found our midfield easy to bypass without him.
How is Ashworth allowed to meet with Potter about the MU job while he’s still a NUFC employee?
Good news about Joellinton. He’s a vital cog in the whole machine.
It’s also good to hear that Minteh is doing as well as he has done, but I’m more than a bit concerned about Gerrang cool who seems to have disappeared down the gurgler with a couple of seemingly poor Club choices during his loan time. He seems to have been totally forgotten in the scheme of things.

In a fully fit squad, does Willock start? probably not but what a player to have as part of the squad. Minteh is reported as not being mature enough, and doesn't pass much so another year should help.
Joelinton being out till next season could be a good thing? Next season Joe /Sandro back fresh all the players should be fit I back us to take on anyone. UP THE TOON
Miley must be a one off as we just don't seem to want to give youth a chance and minteh looks like a player who could walk into our right now never mind next season
Not exactly sure what Ashworth did or what a DOF does.
The big plus for me re addidas is the club will actually get some money out of our kids.
I'm not onboard with the people who think that think Minteh will immediately give us more going forward than Miggy or Murphy. Miggy and Murphy would very likely do very well in the Dutch league were they to move there. The levels between the Eredivisie and the PL are steep. Hopefully Minteh will go on and develop into PL class given one thing he definitely has is pace, but from what I've heard he still needs to learn when to lift his head, when to pass and to who which is understandable given he's still only 19. Whether he'd be better directly under Howe's tutelage to learn said skills or sent out on loan again will be up to Howe.

Do you remember back in the day when they had a club shop in the entrance of eldon Square just off Northumberland Street. They would play all the old videos of old games or shearers goals. 100% we need joelinton to stay like, can't wait for big Joe tonali and Bruno demolishing teams next year. Up the mags. 🖤🤍🖤🤍
