I look up to you so much, I've been watching you guys since 2019 and to see how you grow together and share your love and passion with us just brings joy tears to my eyes. I feel exactly the same way, you described this so well. I discovered Laura & Aaron, and Garden Answer in 2020 during quarantine and the 1st wave of the pandemic, and it wouldn't be an overstatement to say that she, her amazing personality with her inspiring passion, and all the videos were a real mental lifesaver for me... I had liked gardening before but thanks to Laura, last year it became my true passion and it makes me excited every single day. It means something to look for. I'm in the middle of collecting about 150 new plants to plant in my garden, have the plans to redo landscaping a bit, only by myself with my own two hands. There's a saying, which is something like this: "Anyone whom seeks happiness, should become a gardener."

Good morning Laura, Aaron and Benjamin from Windermere, Florida zone 9b 🌞
I've been watching you since May of 2016. Along the way I noticed one thing you've learned and taught me, too. You just said it, Maybe I didn't plant it in the right spot or it didn't get enough...." "Maybe I'll try it again!"
I'm 70, gardening since I was 20, retired florist. And hearing you said that you are going to "try again" is excellent advice for any new or old gardener. I used to get plants one shot to thrive or be stricken from my "I love it" list. Over the past few years I've learned that perhaps I need to try a 2nd or 3rd time. It isn't always my fault and it isn't always the seed or plant's fault. Try and try again!
Brilliant philosophy and delivered without judgment!💕
Happy Sunday and happy Gardening 😊👩‍🌾🌻👍

The use of mid-train or rear DPUs allow for longer and heavier trains especially on the grades of the Blue Mountains. Laura, my mother was a prolific gardener as are three of my four sisters. I am the last of five girls and I don’t know anything about gardening. But you have inspired me to go out and look at my local nursery and start to imagine. I’m nervous about what I’m doing even though it’s on a very small scale. I’ve only been watching your channel for less than two weeks and I think I’ve seen all the videos at least twice. I am in zone 7B, the upstate of South Carolina. My biggest challenge is the clay soil in this area. But I am working with a very small yard so I think I’ll be able to incorporate manure pearl light and vermiculite into small planting areas. I am most excited about planting a cardinal vine I think it’s also known as a cypress fine. It attracts hummingbirds and will crawl and creep up anything. I also am going to be germinating some coleus to go underneath my maple tree. I am pretty nervous about what I’m doing so I’m going to try your water jug method starting the coleus in the jugs and then transplanting them into the prepared soil under the maple tree. I have to tell you I’ve never thought about gardening or planting anything in this much depth because I’m just nervous about failing and had wasted money on a project. So let me finish by saying I want to tell you from the bottom of my heart thank you for sharing everything that you have in your heart it’s contagious! Send good vibes to South Carolina. Blessings to you and your family.🌹🌷🌼🌻🌸🌺

Gardening is the equivalent of being a lifetime student...gauge your success by how much you learn by doing/trying, as how much blooms, etc. Master gardeners still have challenges on some level every year.

Things are bustin' out all over down here in the South (Atlanta) ... so tempting to get out and plant, but we must control ourselves and wait just a couple more weeks, if possible - hahaha !!! It's a great time to go shopping and prepare ourselves for the glories of a summer garden !!! thanks for taking us all along on your great adventure !!

Right now I am waiting to see what survived our winter! I also had rabbits when there was snow looking for food! As soon as I saw them I quickly put repellent out! But they got to a few of my plants!😕 Benjamin is so cute! I agree with Benjamin, I would stay at the garden center too! I am making my list now to go back to my garden center when this year's plants start appearing!!!! I love all the plants & pine trees you brought home, anxious to see them planted!!! 😍🚂🚃🌿🌸🌼🌷💚

I watch your vidjas with my girlfriend. She gets a lot of ideas for our yard from your channel, and today I actually learned something as well. For decades I’ve lowered my tailgate gingerly as I usually just own one or two trucks at a time and I need them to last. Then I saw A-aron let his tailgate free fall and slam open.
I’ve wasted SO much time. Thank you.

Don't you just crack up at how excited we get to plant something, anything, this time of year? I have all kinds of plans to expand flowerbeds, put in a flagstone patio with pergola, (Hmm, plant a Virginia creeper or American wisteria at the base?) place drip irrigation, not to mention planting all of my pots! I've taken out some things that were overgrown, (I have a small suburban lot) removed things that don't perform or don't give me joy (not many) and am dreaming of evergreens, topiaries, and Japanese maples. Love to see the same excitement in you when browsing the garden center! Thank you for sharing the fun, the plans and the joy!

Yup, I love it too-my parents also had a tree nursery (2 actually!) it kinda just gets in your blood. These are definitely some of my favourite videos, and I often see something new that I’d like to try. Nurseries are my happy place and I do the rounds, spreading my dollars across all the local independent nurseries. So fun to dream:)

I watch most of your videos with my morning coffee. The excitement in your voice today is more push for me than my caffeine!! Already a boost for my day!!
I’m about to look for the “dying” tree!! I wintered over some plants in the garage and they “looked dead” and the daughter’s boyfriend wanted to toss them!! Of course my daughter yelled at him saying NO ONE TOUCHES MOMS PLANTS!! I need that “dying” tree because I love unusual things but I also would be able to pick on boyfriend all year!!! (You are now an official heirloom in my family, daughters watch and now my almost 3 year old grandson watches !)
