Powder is my preference for everyday and I wear liquid when I need longevity & full coverage. If it’s not too much could you do a video or short with the powder alone?
Hi everyone! Hi Sonya! Definitely love your "no makeup" makeup look. You are so beautiful!! : ) In regards to application, I need to point two things out, first, try to always apply cream products before setting the makeup with powder. When cream products are applied after setting with powder, throughout the wear there is a chance that the cream will shift and make the make up look less symmetric and grab on to lint or any other visible particles in the air. Two, when touching up with powder, it is important to blot off the oily parts on the skin to avoid caking. Placing powder directly on top of oily skin will eventually build texture (aka caking). So, remember to always blot the oily area to remove the secreted sebum before adding another layer of powder. Always avoid using tissue or paper towels to blot, the lint will stick to the face, look into purchasing blotting sheets, super efficient to maintain the integrity of the makeup look. : ) I am from Puerto Rico, we sweat a lot and I have dealt with sooo many embarrassing makeup moments due to my healthy oily skin. I just want to share these pro tips so that everyone can benefit from a flawless and lovely long wear makeup application. Happy new year! : )
Thank you so much 🥰! I have tried this blush and bronzer underneath and on top of powders and they do fine both ways. I actually forgot to blot lol. I usually do that but I use tissue or paper towels. I have blotting papers but never use them 😳. Thanks so much for the info and thanks for watching!!
@@SonyaNicole Yes!! I get that; for me, living in tropical climate will make makeup behave differently. Plus, there are a variety of cream density that will preform differently with powder, too. I am accustomed to approaching makeup application with all the necessary precautions, hehe! Sonya, I thoroughly enjoy your content. Thank you for sharing, love. : )
Ok, Twin! I have been looking for a power to go on top of my foundation, and it looks very beautiful on you. As always we share the same colors. I will be purchasing the power for this summer.
The powder looks really good on your skin! Looks flawless! I’m tempted to try it but I have dry mature skin. I try to avoid matte foundations. Do you think it’ll work for dry skin? Thx for sharing! 👍🏽😊

Yes I can do that!
I’m m afraid to try this because I don’t have any luck with Nars complexion products. It’s beautiful on you.
Thanks for the review.
Oh that’s a shame! I will be testing possible drugstore dupe soon! Thanks for watching 😊

Thank you!
My favorite powder
That is a beautiful powder. I would be interested in seeing you use it alone as the other commenter requested.
Putting that on my video list
Power looks amazing! I'm picking mine up today!
I’m sure you will love it! Thanks for watching!
Please pair with the Mario foundation! It's gorgeous, but it's not for oily skin!
I just uploaded a short on that earlier today!

I think it could work with a good moisturizer underneath. It’s matte but soft and smooth, and you don’t need a lot to get the matte look
@@SonyaNicole That’s a good point. Thanks! 👍🏽😉
I just ordered two shades lol
What brush did u use? Ive been lookin for one just like that. The ones i have r either too dense or too fluffy x
It’s a Moda brush that came in a set so it doesn’t have a number. I think I got the set from Boxycharm
