Nice vid once again, Optimus Arch. I once heard the first Knights were build from Space Ships on which colonists arrived on the world. If a world proven to be very hostile, they would take the ship apart and build Knights using energency blueprints kept expecially for that eventuality. That would explain why the Knights themselves have some universal structural weaknesses.

The PvE is however only against Orks and Chaos which is disappointing, but I never cease to have fun blasting squads of boyz into pulp with a single cannon shot, mowing down a line of chaos marines with a stubber, or slicing a walking garbage can in half, then kicking it to the curb...
My freeblade is DireVengance (yeah, i know, there is a character limit) and I hope to one day meet you in glorious battle!
Hey Arch, If you get time, you should do a lore video on the absence of sucsessor chapters from the salamanders. You could also cover the alleged successors, black dragons in it as well if you needed more rant.
Nice vid once again, Optimus Arch.
I once heard the first Knights were build from Space Ships on which colonists arrived on the world. If a world proven to be very hostile, they would take the ship apart and build Knights using energency blueprints kept expecially for that eventuality. That would explain why the Knights themselves have some universal structural weaknesses.
anyone play freeblade on aos its a pretty good game
ye
snake plisskan yup
yep
Lots of noobs in the there
snake plisskan ...i thought you were dead?
Aaah, I love it when I see a 40K lore vid comes out on your channel :D
A happy milestone to you, Arch. I look forward to your 500,000 special.
Congratulations on 100k Arch!
Congrats on 100k Arch. Well bloody done mate!
Fantasy Knights: Noblemen in steel plate and greatswords.
40k Knights: Big ass mecha suits with guns the size of cars.
This is simply Superb, well done @Arch ❕ 🥂👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻
Good stuff!!! An awesome follow up imho would be a video in which you talk about the major knightly houses as they are interesting indeed.
Grats on 100K! You're the man Arch.
kick ass arch congrats many youve earned it
All hail Arch, IT SHOULD BE MENTIONED that IN ALL PROBABILITY he is a VERY, VERY nice man, AFTER ALL. May he COVER ALL THESE SEPARATELY IN DUE COURSE with MANY, MANY VAIRAYANTS.
great video Arch, and congratulations for reaching 100k :D
Now i need a Giff of a buntch of Tec Adepts going "MINE MINE MINE MINE!!!" Also 14:13 Oooooo pretty.....
Finally a lore vid WITHOUT bgm. Thanks!
Que Pacific Rim theme song and enjoy! Awesome lore vid Arch.
Stormlord *CHERNO ALPHA,MOVING TO ENGAGE*
"Half-naked guys with flannel shirts..."
So they're not wearing pants?
Softly
*Don't*
I have great appreciation for your lore videos sir.
Your Videos are always a pleasure to watch and listen to
Arch.... bro u do the best lore vids. Keep up the good work.
..... oh fuck it's been three years. What happened?
ok ok, now i have the moust important question of all time, what happend to the old music you used to have? i miss the hammer pounding the mettal
I watched your first vid when I was just clicking on random vids. Found you talking about the skaven and total war. I already payed my dayly praises to the horned rat but had no f"ck clue what total war was (exept that my friend wouldn't stop talking about it) clicked the video, and fell in love with yet another norweigien youtuber.
Why are Norweigens the best youtubers, if it weren't for the existance of the great british I'd call you the ubermench of the world.
Anyway congrats in 100k subs, may you have many more.
STANDBY FOR TITANFALL!
Honstly, I'd rather have a 40k knight then a titanfall titan...
Sorry papa scorch =/
I was hoping for more info on the various Knight types, patterns, and variants, but this was rather informative and entertaining.
Knights are the only recent addition to WH40k that I don't dislike since I stopped playing years ago.
"But hey, at least they're hella lot easier to control than the Sisters of Battle, that's for damn sure".
You just have to go to a Sister and say:
"See these greenskins there? They're heretics!"
Pascal5333 What if they ask you how you know the orks are heretics?
Spandan Ganguli First, Orks are Xenos
and Orks don't believe in the Emperor as far as I know.
Pascal5333 Yes, but what if the Bolter bitches suspect that you're a heretic trying to seed himself into the Imperium? They'll kill you too, and your entire bloodline, and the entire bloodlines of you friends, just to be sure.
That's not control... that's aiming an unguided rocket.
Control would be getting them to stop while some Orks still lived.
Good luck with that.
That is not really control, that is pulling the pin on a grenade and throwing it as far from yourself as possible.
I would like to see an imperial lord even attempt to give orders to the Chapter-Master of a Space Marine legion and be casually backhanded across the room for such impertinence. That would be a Lord with balls of titanium steel, quite literally.
I do as the arch commands!
Well done Arch! I've been subscribed since the middle of last year.
Excellent stuff, congratulations on the 100k mate!
hail to Imperator Arch. Gratulation to 100.000 subs.
Arch great video. congrats on 100k
arch Warhammer, you should do a lore video on Ollanious Pious, the random guardsmen that gave his life for the emperor in his duel aboard Horus' flagship
Not going to lie. The early knights sounds kinda like cowboys in the wild west. Lovely video as always Arch.
@3:31 a earth federation you say? with giant robots you say? making colonies you say? no wonder things went to shit.
Jack Sack
Don't forget the humans with supernatural and psychic abilities.
Congratulations, :)
In the Grim Darkness of the 40th Millenium, you can still count on the Knights of Bretonnia to be your shield! :D
Steam Punk Cyber Green Knight,Technically speaking yes in certain cases of Gundams like those in the Iron Blood Orphans do feature a neural synaptic link implants, Alaya-Vijnana System, granted it is more like the Black Carapace of an Astartes as it is more artificial organic biotech rather the crude cybernetic implants and it requires it to be implanted during one's youth like 12 or 16, in order to properly grow.
Hindsight they are to a certain extent more reliable than Titans at times, but the main thing is 40000 Bretonnia!
Thank the throne, another Arch Lore video!
a lot easier to control than the sisters? many a lost relic of the imperium was 'found' in enemy territory by commanders when the sisters are in need of momentum. although getting them off the point afterwards can be quite the quest.
