Nice video, i love glentress and spooky wood was my first trail also but i dont really like it, its too pedaly (if thats a word) lol love super G and Hit Squad hill after it though :)
Yeah the red is totaly doable on a hard tail. The rocky sections right at the start are the hardest part, and can all be rolled through or avoided using B lines to the right. There are technical rooty sections further down which will be a challenge but otherwise no problem. The black is actually the same, just a lot longer and a lot of climbing.
This is probably my favourite trail of all time. So much flow all the way from the top. The trail gives you so much confidence 👌

was at Glentress yesterday and enjoyed the blues on a hardtail. Is the red do-able on a hardtail? :)

This is a great guide! I went there last year but struggled a bit!
