I agree, maybe that's why she's your ex. If you are close with your mom, trust her instincts. My middle son always brought potential girlfriends to meet me before committing to them. I didn't know at the time what he was doing but he did open up later and admit that he wanted his girlfriend to have a great relationship with his mom. Makes me cry just to say that. Just bought 3 more bags of Heirloom...we went through our first 5 bags so quickly. Definitely a favorite! We can't do Starbucks anymore. LOL It's just too acidic. Your coffee is sooooo smooth and doesn't upset my stomach, such great flavors. It's how coffee should be. Such a delight! If we run out of yours and you're sold out, which hasn't happened recently, then we'll buy washed Panamanian coffee from our local roasters here, because we just can't go back to commercial coffee anymore. Wondering if you'll someday be shipping coffees to local roasters through out the world? :) I love how you managed to do a vlog, together, while being 4,500 miles away! lol love it!

I too love coffee. In my community (Garberville, CA) we have several entrepreneurs that have made the same path as you. They have small coffee farms and belong to coops in Ecuador and Chile to import to their coffee to process & brew in small batches for local folks. Its a blessing to the community you serve!

You can tell Jordan you’re back in the workshop, your sinuses are acting up. You guys should get an air purifier. Does anyone else think they should? I hope they don’t have a mold issue. I have a an air purifier in my basement where one of my boys sleep. The company is call Blueair, and it significantly changed the quality of air and helped his sinus problems.

Hey Jordan and kaylee, one of your best videos yet. To be able to mix the two of you and be that far apart is wonderful. Jordan, please plant a banana plant in the middle of your coffee plants. A coffee plant needs potassium so if you put a banana plant in the are it will put the potassium into the soil and your coffee will produce lots of fruit for you. My dog had hip dysplasia. I hated having to put him down. (TRUE STORY) DON'T MIND MY SICK HUMOR. Hope you're doing well now. We all have our disabilities... some are just more obvious than others. I had double lumbosacral spinal fusion last January... I lost... now I'm crippled using crutches and my electric wheelchair to get around. SMILE!!! It keeps them wondering what you've done. Ha ha ha...

Have to comment on coffee!!! For years, until I found Gevalia coffee, I hated the taste of the regular American brands, really detested the lack of bold flavors I found with Starbucks!! I figured out coffee is like wine, taste and cost are HUGE predictors if it will be good!! So glad other Americans are waking up to better coffee with entrepreneurs like you getting involved!! Kinda like when Julia Child changed how the American house wife cooked food, really revolutionized it!! Keep up the good work!!
I’m drinkin my Heirloom coffee I got from you guys. I remember your very very first coffee. It was sorta orange and mild and tasted completely different than anything I had ever tasted. It had some of that super expensive coffee in it. All I know is that after a few cups of that stuff, I was addicted! It was so different that is kinda had to grow on me but once it did, I was hooked. I can smell and taste hints of whatever that was in your other varieties but that very first batch from Arturos house, that was super special. Omg I just got to the part where you were talking about That hard-to-grow coffee… that was it!

Yes countries that are windy and wet have brick houses. You have to do it the way the countries do it. Wooden frame sheds and homes which we don't have in Ireland they have to be treated every year not every few years

I just got mine two days ago!! I am so excited to have it especially since I was almost out of my normal monthly package. I’ve been drinking more coffee since I started drinking your coffee. It doesn’t turn bitter if the brewed cup sits for awhile AND it doesn’t keep me awake all night if I drink it late in the day. Why is that?

I could never drink regular coffee because it made me jittery or if after 12 noon it could keep me awake all night. But with the Nomadic coffee I can drink it in the evening even and it doesn’t keep me awake at night time.
So I just gotta say, your coffee smells TOO GOOD! Camping in my SUV and got the coffee maker ready for the morning and it sits right next to my nose. After smelling it for a few minutes I could not stand it and plugged it in and made a cup. I finally got to sleep at 4 am. Now I need a new plan for coffee in the am so I don’t stay awake enjoying this orgy of flavor. Love love love you guys.
Where I live in the San Francisco Bay Area craft coffees are a decades old phenomenon. Duncan Donuts was never taken seriously when they tried to remarket themselves as a purveyor of good coffee. Like anywhere lots of people go to Starbucks but coffee people don't take them seriously. San Francisco coffee companies started specializing in higher-quality coffees from Central and South America in the 1920s. Peets started here in San Francisco in 1966 and the founders of Starbucks trained there. Most people don't remember, but Starbucks used to make good coffee before the founders sold it and then had it's IPO in '92. The San Francisco North Beach neighborhood, traditionally an Italian neighborhood has always had good coffee and pour overs were a thing there long since. The Third Wave caught in the beginning of the 2000s here ushered in by roasters like Flying Goat, Equator, Blue Bottle, Philz, and Barefoot, followed shortly after by Ritual, Verve, Four Barrel, De La Paz, Scarlet City, and Sightglass.

Jordan, please plant a banana plant in the middle of your coffee plants. A coffee plant needs potassium so if you put a banana plant in the are it will put the potassium into the soil and your coffee will produce lots of fruit for you.

My dog had hip dysplasia. I hated having to put him down. (TRUE STORY) DON'T MIND MY SICK HUMOR. Hope you're doing well now. We all have our disabilities... some are just more obvious than others. I had double lumbosacral spinal fusion last January... I lost... now I'm crippled using crutches and my electric wheelchair to get around.

Have to comment on coffee!!! For years, until I found Gevalia coffee, I hated the taste of the regular American brands, really detested the lack of bold flavors I found with Starbucks!! I figured out coffee is like wine, taste and cost are HUGE predictors if it will be good!!
So glad other Americans are waking up to better coffee with entrepreneurs like you getting involved!!

I’m drinkin my Heirloom coffee I got from you guys. I remember your very very first coffee. It was sorta orange and mild and tasted completely different than anything I had ever tasted. It had some of that super expensive coffee in it. All I know is that after a few cups of that stuff, I was addicted! It was so different that is kinda had to grow on me but once it did, I was hooked. I can smell and taste hints of whatever that was in your other varieties but that very first batch from Arturos house, that was super special. Omg I just got to the part where you were talking about That hard-to-grow coffee… that was it!
Wish you did a coffee series on how to make the best espresso shot or pour over coffee or cold brew from Artoro's view. (Birth another youtuber). Yes countries that are windy and wet have brick houses. You have to do it the way the countries do it. Wooden frame sheds and homes which we don't have in Ireland they have to be treated every year not every few years

I just got mine two days ago!! I am so excited to have it especially since I was almost out of my normal monthly package. I’ve been drinking more coffee since I started drinking your coffee. It doesn’t turn bitter if the brewed cup sits for awhile AND it doesn’t keep me awake all night if I drink it late in the day. Why is that?
Hello! Because its good stuff and the more you drink the better tolerance you develop towards caffeine... its all good for your health as well, antioxidants are in because its fresh
@@TheKINGARTHUR2 Hello Arturo! I have a question that I hope is not ridiculous to ask but here goes....I only drink decaf because caffeine over stimulates my bladder to a painful degree. Is it possible for you to make a decaf option (as I would LOVE to try your coffee!)?
I could never drink regular coffee because it made me jittery or if after 12 noon it could keep me awake all night. But with the Nomadic coffee I can drink it in the evening even and it doesn’t keep me awake at night time.

Camping in my SUV and got the coffee maker ready for the morning and it sits right next to my nose. After smelling it for a few minutes I could not stand it and plugged it in and made a cup. I finally got to sleep at 4 am. Now I need a new plan for coffee in the am so I don’t stay awake enjoying this orgy of flavor.

Where I live in the San Francisco Bay Area craft coffees are a decades old phenomenon. Duncan Donuts was never taken seriously when they tried to remarket themselves as a purveyor of good coffee. Like anywhere lots of people go to Starbucks but coffee people don't take them seriously. San Francisco coffee companies started specializing in higher-quality coffees from Central and South America in the 1920s. Peets started here in San Francisco in 1966 and the founders of Starbucks trained there. Most people don't remember, but Starbucks used to make good coffee before the founders sold it and then had it's IPO in '92. The San Francisco North Beach neighborhood, traditionally an Italian neighborhood has always had good coffee and pour overs were a thing there long since. The Third Wave caught in the beginning of the 2000s here ushered in by roasters like Flying Goat, Equator, Blue Bottle, Philz, and Barefoot, followed shortly after by Ritual, Verve, Four Barrel, De La Paz, Scarlet City, and Sightglass.
