Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Rhinoplasty is for sure what you should do. As i've said in the comments under one of your videos, i was breathing with my mouth open before this op and i'm able to breath through my nose in my sleep right now. As it is much more healthier to breath through the nose, this op surely improves the quality of life. I dont think you can expect your nose to be in some exact shape after the op, functionality is what really matters. Cleft rhinoplasty is a very complex op, much more complex than the common rhinoplasty. And in most cases you cant really predict the result, surgeon is trying to do everything he can. But, at least you'll get your septum fixed which usually helps a lot and this is what mostly makes the difference. You know, i can tell the cosmetic result cant be perfect, 'cause of the scar tissue, so you shouldnt be afraid of it. The shape of your nose will change a bit for sure, but it definitely worth it 'cause of functionality you get.
