I wonder if the signaler thought you were about to dawdle across too. He took his sweet time getting the barriers down after the actual misuser got over. Though surely they know by now that the people walking up to the barriers with cameras are the most obedient! They must know they have fans. 😆

It wouldn't surprise me if they did thought to hold it a bit longer just in case to be honest.
