The B101/B102 boards work with the UV4L Video4Linux driver and other modules for Raspberry Pi (any model):

why you don't show the latency?

I don't think there is much latency

Have you tested the B102 model? I know you reference the B101.

I am not quite sure but as far as I know the B102 can just be used with the rasberry pi zero (and some other boards) and not with the normal pi.

Hi samir and many compliments for your videos. I'd like to use the HDMI in module for stream a video feed from my a6000 on a drone to a ground station connected with openvpn on a 4g USB modem Connection. Have you ever try to stream the video feed from the a6000 with the raspberry? If so, how about the CPU load of the raspberry for the stream?? Manu thanks!!

Since the board was announced, many people were interested in streaming drone footage but since I don't have a drone I cannot test that. As far as the board is concerned, it has the same cpu load as a raspberry pi camera. I can't say how much cpu load sending the stream over wifi will be. search for auvidea b101 drone on google and you will find communities where people are already testing it. Also there is a "wifibroadcast" os which is used for transmitting stream with low latency but it requires certain wifi dongles which support it.

manu thanks Samir!! My only doubt it's the CPU load of the pi with the HDMI module IN connected ti the a6000. If this value is more or less similar to the picam CPU load, for me this HDMI module became a "best buy" 😅😅. All the other stuff it's already "in service" on my drone. I don't use the wifi dongle, i have a limitless connection because a use a 4g modem in the pi that it's connected ti the ground station through openvpn. The latency it's about 50-100 ma at the moment so it's good enough for fpv (with the picam at the moment). Many thanks again for your input to my project!! 👍👍👍

I got the b101 tested it with my sony Camera and runs perfect. With my canon it shows me an error. It has an 1080 60i Output. Did u have an idea to solve the problem?

Is there any way you can force the output to progressive. This module does not support interlaced.

hello, have your B101 bridge vers. 1.4 and I use do streaming. Streaming Video is OK
but the audio don't work. I think That I can solve this problem by using the cables that are the box of B101 but i don't know how to connect these cables between b101 and raspberry Pi 3 B. Could you confirm this is the rigt solution problem? And could you end me a connection scheme, please? Thank you Carlo

carlo sgambato sorry but this is not my board. There is a forum on Raspberry pi who are trying to get it work. Currently it's not working.
