There was never a Palestinian land to begin with. It's Israel, period.

Please go and read about the agreement between Arthur Balfour (United Kingdom's Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs) and Lord Rothschild (the leader of the British Jewish community) called Balfour Declaration. There was nothing called Israel in Palestinian lands before 1917.
It is some times now that they are planning to get other places in the world now and they even don't seem to have any problem for advertising it. For an example, they bought and are buying so many lands in the Patagonia (a pleasant climate and fertile place shared by Argentina and Chile in South America).

This is one of the things they did in Palestine by Herbert Samuel (He was the first nominally-practicing Jew to serve as a Cabinet minister and to become the leader of a major British political party. Samuel had promoted Zionism within the British Cabinet, beginning with his 1915 memorandum entitled The Future of Palestine. In 1920 he was appointed as the first High Commissioner for Palestine).
      To read about Samuel: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbert_Samuel,_1st_Viscount_Samuel.
Samuel did so many things to weaken Palestinians in their homeland during the years he was in Palestine.
For knowing that where did Israel came from, you must read about World War 1 and 2. Even you can go further back to 3000 years ago where the Jews left the Palestine territory.
      Take care 🌹

@@messy8852 Here are 12 questions for you (about Palestine):
      1) When was it founded and by whom?
      2) What were its borders?
      3) What was its capital?
      4) What were its major cities?
      5) What constituted the basis of its economy?
      6) What was its form of government?
      7) Can you name at least one Palestinian leader before Arafat?
      8) Was Palestine ever recognized by a country whose existence, at that time or now, leaves no room for interpretation?
      9) What was the language of the country of Palestine ?
      10) What was the prevalent religion of the country of Palestine ?
      11) What was the name of its currency? Choose any date in history and tell what was the approximate exchange rate of the Palestinian monetary unit against the US dollar, German mark, GB pound, Japanese yen, or Chinese yuan on that date.
And, finally, since there is no such country today, what caused its demise and when did it occur?
You are lamenting the “low sinking” of a “once proud” nation. Please tell me, when exactly was that “nation” proud and what was it so proud of?
And here is the least sarcastic question of all: If the people you mistakenly call “Palestinians” are anything but generic Arabs collected from all over - or thrown out of - the Arab world, if they really have a genuine ethnic identity that gives them right for self-determination, why did they never try to become independent until Arabs suffered their devastating defeat in the Six Day War?

It looks like you don't really seek for answers. You didn’t say what you think about 1917? And why did Zionists give themselves the right to go to another land without their invitation and why did they oppress them from 1948 to take over their lands gradually?
After not answering the things that you should answer, you asked some questions that you even don’t know the answer to but I will answer them for you to know.
Ariha (Jericho) is the oldest city of Palestine which was constructed 8000 B.C. After Arabs migrated to Palestine in 2500 B.C. some other cities were constructed (Gaza, Alkhalil (Hebron), Haifa, Bethlehem and etc.). Gaza and Jericho are among the oldest cities in the world. Nazareth is the city that Saint Mary lived, Samaria is the city that Joseph Jacobson was thrown into the well. Even David’s grave is in Quds (Jerusalem) and Moses has been there sometime in his life.
The oldest known name for the Palestine land is “Canaan” because the first immigrant group to the land were Canaan Arabs (3500 B.C.). The Canaan Arabs are named after the grandson of Noah the prophet. Some other Arabs came to the land in 2500 B.C.. In 1300 B.C. the PELEST tribes came to Canaan and the land is called “Palestine” since then. Ibrahim the prophet came to the land in 2000 B.C. and is buried in Alkhalil (Hebron). After Ibrahim, Isaac, then Jacob, David (1000 B.C.) and Solomon. Jesus was in Jerusalem 30 A.D. and Islam took over Palestine 1400 years ago. 1000 years ago, the Ottoman (Turks) took over Palestine and nearly 900 years ago, after the Crusades, Christians conquered Palestine. After 100 years, Muslims took over Palestine again. Then Ottomans conquered Palestine until 1917. From 1917 to 1948 Palestine was in the hands of Great Britain. In 1936 Palestinians launched a revolution against the British government but it failed because of Zionists sabotage.
In 1914, only 8% of Palestinians were Jews and the rest were Arabs (about 88% of Arabs were Muslims and 10% Christians). In 1943 (after the Balfour Declaration that I told you) the Jews were 30% of Palestine. In 1948 only 14% were the remaining Arabs because the Zionists in the Palestine exiled near half of Palestine Arabs to Gaza, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt and Iraq. They slaughtered Arabs several times in 1948 (including the well-known Deir Yassin massacre), Khan Yunis massacre in 1956 and the most popular one was the Sabra and Shatila massacre in 1982 in the past. You should be wise enough to remember the Israel-Gaza war in 2014.
So according to what you say, the Zionists (that you like to call them the Israeli) are the people that have been there from the beginning. I really don’t see how can you say that. You might be just getting your information from movies (movies like World-War Z) or Hollywood. But I don’t blame you because every time someone tries to do research on this topic (Holocaust, Zionists and etc.) they get arrested or taken to prison. You can find evidence for that by doing a simple search. Do you like a nation to come to your homeland, Russia I suppose, and do the same to you?
Some countries suggest holding a referendum that all the Palestinians around the world participate in to see who should rule the land. Why does Israel always refuse to do so? Everyday women and children of Palestine are getting killed or stolen, why don’t we hear anything from them?
