Thank you so much for doing that trip in the rain. It may have even been more beautiful because of all the rain. That was just gorgeous, a little paradise.
Oh, It is much prettier in the sun. The coluours look like God photoshoped it. It is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. But they do overcharge it during peak season. One of the reasons is to deter overcrowding and of course to make money. I suggest visiting it in the spring or winter.
I have loved your Croatia series...but this park....😮😮😮..mind blown! And in the rain...how amazing it would be in clear weather. You two are so committed to content..even in that rain😂..thank you guys.
I muted the sound during the music segments. My weakness: I'm a musician and have listened now for 75 years. I no longer enjoy background music, but I thrive on the sounds heard in nature. Birds and flowing water are among the best. Thanks for an illuminating view of Croatia. Beautiful!
Absolutely stunning!! So glad you two were able to beat the crowds that day. You showcased some amazing parts of the park. I even forgot that it was raining haha. Impressive scenery!
Bought back such beautiful memories for my wife & I. We walked the opposite way & we realize that the rain would make it more beautiful for you both. Thankyou very much for sharing
so happy you are finally in my country! Been following you guys for a while, you have the most amazing, down to earth, practical videos. Hope you will visit Vis Island, Dubrovnik, Sibenik, Zadar....and then my Istria...Rovinj, Motovun, Groznjan, Pula. P.S. Hopefully you'll have a chance to come back to Plitvice on a sunny day...huge difference, also huge crowds...but it's worth it.
Another Awesome Adventure Thank You Chris and Carol (Croatia) is very Beautiful the Waterfalls are so very Beautiful 🙂❤👍Watching from New Brunswick Canada 🙂Safe Travels 🙂
Been on my travel bucket list for so long! Your video perspective honestly confirms what I've heard and hoped for, that thevplace is amazing! So lucky you avoided the crowds because of the rain tbh. 👍👌🇨🇦
Picturesque waterfalls!I was there and remembered the scenes with Apache Vinnetou, the movie was shot here. The weather was a bit gloomy, but then, again, there were not many people there, and the photos of the landscape had a touch of mystery.Enjoy!👍
Wow this National Park in Croatia is so beautiful with all those waterfalls and the blue water is amazing. Is there a designated hot springs in that vicinity? It sure seems like there's some kind of geothermal source of water around there. Thanks for yet again another country to add to my bucket list.
Sorry it was bad weather for you guys. That happened to me in 2019 when I tried to go. It was gorgeous today. I think I am literally following you guys around Croatia!! 🤣
I’m hoping to see a video you two take to Zagreb. This is where my grandfather was born, then migrated to the U.S. saw your Curacao video which made us decide on going there which was awesome ❤️
I love waterfalls too!! This is a dream destination for that. I really appreciate how you continue with your plans and don't let the rain deter you. One thing we can't control is the weather and as you said it doesn't take away from the beauty of the park. Another stunning video. Are the wood plank walkways slippery?
that's one of hot spots for tourists it's so beautiful place good choice guys enjoy Croatia we have over 1000 islands lovely Adriatic Sea lot to offer for every tourist & his preferences
Plitvice are magical in every season of year. it is first national park(out of 8) and reason why swimming is prohibited is to preserve delicate flora and fauna of the lakes. Lakes(19) are part of huge area surrounded by ancient forest which is home to variety of wild life...bears,wolves,jackals,linx,beavers,badgers,deer to name a few...Croatia is part of Arboreal kingdom, since 40% of country is covered with forests and there are between 50 000-100 000 animal and plant species. we are like Earth packed in small package...there is volcano in Croatia and smallest sand desert in the world...by area...so we have everything. 3 climate zones with temperatures vary from -30 to +40. Plitvice are located in part what is known as DInaric alps and the mountainous area is of karst topography....limestone with God knows how many caves and pits we have....2nd deepest pit(its a cave but it goes steep down 1430m) in the world is here, its called Lukina jama(Luke`s pit)(Velebit mountain) and we still dont know where is the bottom cause its to dangerous to dive thru those underground rivers at narrow places. perhaps with some modern drone technology pit can be explored further and deeper. if you would to visit national park Northern Velebit consult with experts. Dont venture to mauntains here in Croatia without consulting and preparing!!! Mountain rescue service are busy all summer due to smartass tourists who go to mountains in flip flops and get injured or lost. For your viewers...Croatia is home of 15 snake species of which 3 are venomous. they are very very active during summer and can be found even on trees among branches sunbathing. they all have zig zag pattern of scales and the most venomous have horn on the nose hence the name, nose horned viper. so make noise and watch your step. of course as with most snakes they wont attack if not injured or provoked. and please do have in mind that there are many endemic plants and basically all wild life is protected. for example...if you would be so lucky to spot European seal, fine for just disturbing the animal is 15 000 euros. We are not allowed to kill a wolf no matter how many sheep farmers would lose....unless they have spare 40 000. so enjoy your vacation, visit, fill up your batteries, enjoy nature like it should be everywhere in the world
When I went it also was raining and dropped down to 13 degrees which I was not prepared for 😅 but I did love the mood of the mist over the water. The seasonal price difference is crazy. When I went in 2021 I pushed my visit back a day to October 1st because prices dropped from €35 to €20. You def made the right choice choosing Plitvice. Krka is the same price and not nearly as good. I walked the whole park in 30 min and was very underwhelmed.
Very cool views , 8kms and 4-6 hours ? + Parking . :-) Dang , reading my mind about the walk ways , A few different scenes , lakeside , over rivers etc .
@JumpingPlaces You said that you were baptized Catholic and grew up that way. Since you are in Croatia, I would recommend that you visit the many places of pilgrimage there and perhaps talk to a priest. You are very close to places of grace and just have to allow our dear Mother to embrace you. Try the rosary. God loves you both! I pray for you!
Honestly better to go on a day like this. When I went even on a cloudy day the boardwalks around the big waterfalls were slammed with people and there were massive queues for the boats. BTW Krka banned swimming a few years ago :( still a beautiful loop also but only 1.25 miles while Plitvice is like 5 miles haha

Each season is a different color, so whenever you come, whatever the weather, it's wonderful!!
I have loved your Croatia series...but this park....😮😮😮..mind blown! And in the rain...how amazing it would be in clear weather. You two are so committed to content..even in that rain😂..thank you guys.
and to see when it snows and the waterfalls freeze! magical❤
Wow! The waterfalls are Beautiful Beyond Words. Never seen anything like it before. 😊
Loved the Bird singing, the sound of the waterfalls are so peaceful and relaxing.

Thanks for sharing, what a stunning place even in the rain. The waterfalls don’t seem real, incredible !
Another good one you kids make great videos. That it rained through most of the video made it more interesting also
Croatia was our country number 1 for vacations for years, because of crazy prices it felt to number 5.
Stunning....I think the rain did give you an ethereal experience and no crowds! Wow.
Nice memories 😊
Maybe it's a better time than when it's really hot.Very beautiful untouched nature...
It's never to hot in there.
Just gorgeous. It looks like a film.

It’s a magnificent place. It was also rainy in a September when we visited.
Love your videos.
This national park is so beautiful,we visited last year on September and it started raining while we were there but we still had a great time.
Gorgeous! TFS!
that's one of hot spots for tourists it's so beautiful place good choice guys enjoy Croatia we have over 1000 islands lovely Adriatic Sea lot to offer for every tourist & his preferences

Watching on big Tv and commenting on my laptop as I watch. Lol. Crappy start but the views are stunning. The waterfalls are beautiful.

Beautiful place to be
Looks really beautiful that part of the country!
Amazing views. Like a dream.
That's an amazing looking national park, you'd love to jump in the water. Safe travels as usual.
Amazing 👍🙂
Plitvica is stunning - Krca national park water falls are just as impressive.
You are right Chris, it does look like South east asia.
absolutely mind blowing ❤️❤️❤️
I love all that greenery --- I'll bet that place is amazing in the fall.
Yes every season is specially beutifull and stuning.Winter also, when it's covered with ❄️ snow
Beautiful!

Krka is huge, but mostly a small part is visited. Some other parts are more attractive than Plitvice, but it is more of an adventure trip
This reminds me of your video when you visited Chiapas Mexico Agua Azul both beautiful colored water and lots of waterfalls.
true! wonder how many waterfalls the agua azul ones has
Very cool park and very nice video!
YES!
This place is beautiful, it would have been amazing if it was sunny!!
Totally epic!
Que lugar maravilhoso, pena que não estava sol
Walking on the wooden planks definitely makes it nicer to walk around along the falls. Probably some volcano nearby therefore the hot steam.👌
I have been to Krka last year. You can’t swim there anymore either anywhere
Always love your videos, but this was a short one.
Krka has only one waterfall but I felt that one waterfall picture was the best of all these waterfall
Such a wonderful place! Def on my wish list, but surprised with the prices😂
Croatia 🇭🇷 is an most of national park.
Very iconic, place and honestly it deservs to be expensive(i think)😊❤❤
Considering the expense to maintain this magnificent Plitvice park we can understand the peak season entry fees .. 🙋♀️🙋🏼♂️🇨🇦 !!despampanante!!
Right on...
Early squad here😊
Very cool views , 8kms and 4-6 hours ? + Parking . :-)
Dang , reading my mind about the walk ways , A few different scenes , lakeside , over rivers etc .
Googled it and says more than 90 waterfalls, although some say 200. 16 main lakes are connected.
@JumpingPlaces You said that you were baptized Catholic and grew up that way. Beautiful park guys. What country will you hit up next after Croatia? 👀
After watching your Sri Lanka videos I decided to book Thanuja’s place in Weligama. I told her I saw your videos and decided to stay at her place.
Cool! it is in a great location :D They are a very nice family and willing to help a lot too
Croatia is the most beautiful country in the world🇭🇷❤
