I am so glad he came on to tell his side of the story with A LOT more detail! He is soooo respectful and polite especially the foresight of messaging her mother about the flight delay AND her getting sick and returning home. He wanted better for a stranger than she wanted for herself.
We didn’t know his name or anything. He frankly never had to come on. She said in her interview he reached out to her first. Based on that alone, the very fact he was attracted to her dysfunction says he may not be too bright himself.
Some women always blame and find fault with the man. More Black men should stop protecting the image of dysfunctional women and tell the world what they are dealing with.

The problem with the woman is that she told that story to minimize from her drinking problem. She told the story as if she got drunk on a night out. She was drunk for like 2-3 days straight. She was on a binge.

Also, what type of legal counsel did he have? Even a court-appointed lawyer would've pushed for that day's surveillance, at least, to be checked by the police detectives. What was the basis for his detainment? Was he already a criminal? Violated probation?

Your scenario, prima facie, looks like a serious injustice & I'm surprised he didn't sue her as well. If not for anything, but that it should be on her record. He may not be the last one!
As for this guy here; He had daylight on his side, human & surveillance witnesses, a separate room, etc. He was sensible, disciplined & kept his hands clean throughout. That kind of diabolical move wouldn't have worked for her if she'd tried it!

Has nothing to do with being goofy , we have no idea what’s she’s going through . I have so many alcoholics in my family and it has so much to do with mental health. Most people don’t have the proper insurance to get the help they need. Most places that are free do not pay their people well and are overcrowded with homeless people so people don’t get the help they need. We have to learn to show more empathy towards one another
1. Considering she was drunk the entire time of the trip, she probably don’t remember all of the details. She just know she messed up.
2. I commend this gentleman. Although he knew he didn’t want a future with her, he still was making sure she was good. He fed her and kept communicating with her mom. He was concerned about her wellbeing.

How did this woman go to Miami with someone she doesn't know?! Thank goodness this guy was one of the good ones. He was too good to even make it to Miami knowing she was chaos from the start. Heaven forbid the woman for whatever reason does not make it; he would have been the only suspect and his life would be over. I hope he learned this really hard lesson!
