I think I have an unpopular opinion on this man. I like him. That being said I'm married. My husband is very masculine, phenomenal provider, he thoroughly believes in gender roles. I am a stay-at-home wife my job is to cook clean and make sure he is happy. Prior to getting with him I worked 6 months out of the year and traveled for the remainder. I'm never been more happy. My life is simple, stable, and traditional.

Wanting someone who’s in their early 20’s who “can’t outthink” him and “can’t survive on their own” is the only red flag. As a 20 year old who had very sheltered, strict parents, I’ve experienced being preyed upon by older men and in retrospect it’s very inappropriate. I think a preference for younger women is fine and normal, but if I was in high school 3 years ago then you best gone somewhere and date an ACTUAL adult who is at least 23. Them little 2-3 years of actual adult life experience make a huge difference. Most 20 year olds still live with their parents. I’m about to be 21, lived on my own for about a year and a half now since I left home for college. I’m just now starting to see myself as an autonomous adult. I’m just now getting used to not having a curfew and being able to do whatever I want without having to ask for permission. I’m a high earner, and when I was 30, I met a 19-year-old woman who knocked me off my feet. One year and two days later, I put a ring on her finger. 18 months later, she was my wife. In September this year, it will be 20 years of blissful marriage. We have two sons, 13 and 10. Michael is on the right track. A 19 year old and a 30 year old is predatory. If there is a large age gap and at least one of the people in the relationship isn’t a fully developed adult that is called GROOMING. I’m a woman, and in my opinion there was nothing wrong with what that gentleman was asking for. He was clear with his wants. The women speaking after him proved his point of the dating pool that he has come across. How is it that women can have a 30 list requirements, but men can’t? Heck just because you ask for it, doesn’t men you’re gonna always get it, but at least you know what you want. I think I have an unpopular opinion on this man. I like him. That being said I'm married. My husband is very masculine, phenomenal provider, he thoroughly believes in gender roles. I am a stay-at-home wife my job is to cook clean and make sure he is happy. Prior to getting with him I worked 6 months out of the year and traveled for the remainder. I'm never been more happy. My life is simple, stable, and traditional.

Wanting someone who’s in their early 20’s who “can’t outthink” him and “can’t survive on their own” is the only red flag. As a 20 year old who had very sheltered, strict parents, I’ve experienced being preyed upon by older men and in retrospect it’s very inappropriate. I think a preference for younger women is fine and normal, but if I was in high school 3 years ago then you best gone somewhere and date an ACTUAL adult who is at least 23. Them little 2-3 years of actual adult life experience make a huge difference. Most 20 year olds still live with their parents. I’m about to be 21, lived on my own for about a year and a half now since I left home for college. I’m just now starting to see myself as an autonomous adult. I’m just now getting used to not having a curfew and being able to do whatever I want without having to ask for permission. A grown up decision for me is getting my ears pierced despite the desires of my religious parents. I have no business talking to someone that 40. You’re like a father to me lmfao

This man has every right to make the requests that he is making. He has earned that right. Who are we to say other wise? He is the definition of a Man’s Man. Period. No explanations necessary.

I didn’t find anything wrong with what this man said. He is a man who chooses to lead and provide for his family.
He seems pretty traditional. Same job for 16 years, so has no problems with loyalty. This is how my husband is. We both work, but he is the head of our household and does what he should do in that role.
