Do These Games Speak for Me? | Since You Asked

N0F4CE asked my thoughts on silent protagonists and games that have my character speak dialogue I don't control. Looking at Skyrim, Fall Out 4 and other games, I discuss when I'm happy for my character to speak, and when I want to do the talking myself.

If someone gave you all the money and resources and trained people you would need to make a game with your exact design and specifications, what sort of game would it be and why?
