if no matter what needle settings you try, you can't get fuel into the engine due to the supercharger, you probably need more fuel line pressure. Either the pressure line from the exhaust is not working, or insufficient. I believe there is a way to pressurize the fuel line from the supercharger itself with these. As it is, the pressure from the supercharger is probably just pushing fuel back into the tank before the intake stroke

Have you tried using a larger pully to reduce the pressure or try and fit a larger carby? There must be a solution!

I don't believe I'm getting enough back pressure from the tank, so I'm gonna try something else.

Is it possible the glow plug isn’t handling the load? I had a buggy do the very same thing even tho when I tested it it looked fine

I've checked the plug and that's not the issue. Seems to be a problem with the pressure in the fuel tank. I'm going to change the configuration of the fuel pipes to "hopefully" get more back pressure. Thanks for your comment.

What about length of the back pressure pipes? I remember my revo did the same when I shorted the line?
