I have to say right off the bat, if 30 minutes of that hour isn't spent at Old 300 you're doing it wrong.

Nailed it! I had to park down the street. Their sweet sauce is delicious.
I have eaten at a bunch of Texas BBQ joints, and thought I just didn't like Texas style BBQ until I ate there.
