Did really someone remove whole bumper to change bulb on only one side? Regarding to "without removing bumper" in title I expected some kind of magic trick or to drill hole at 0:29 where screw is behing the bumper. Removing 2/3 of bumper (one side and middle part) is almost same work as removing whole bumper. Why, just WHY is there little space behind hedalight? Changing headlight bulb is common car maintenance. At least it is not necessary to remove whole wheel as access to headlight is behind it like on some french cars.

I would be testing the lamps all work once connected before refitting all trim etc

I just spent over 1 hour unclipping the bumper and removing the headlamp. Got the headlamp back in with great difficulty while scratching parts of the bumper only to realise that I could've just pulled the bulb out without removing a thing!
How does nobody know that? People questioning why Vauxhall make it so difficult to change a bulb, well they haven't with the H7 headlight bulb! Iooked on RUclips before doing anything and saw many videos telling people the air intake, bumper etc. Need to be removed but no need!

Corsa users don't need to remove bumbers but airfilter box is the must

Maybe the gasket from the panel that you have to open to replace the bulbs. Good luck

Taking shortcuts in that way, is the easiest way to scrach and damage the new headlight. Removing the bumber is easy and quick mate.

      Hello,
There is a chance that you will scratch the whisk or light block in this way.
However, you can easily avoid this by still using this method, but then covering the whisk (next to where you loosen the bumper) and the light block with tape.
Then you won't make any scratches and you still took the easy way to get this job done.

You don't have to remove head light or bumper to replace a bulb on a Corsa D. For the right one you just disconnect the air hose tahy is comming from air intake and remove the air filter. To make it more comfortable you can unscrew a clamp between air filter box ans mass airflow sensor with a 7 mm wrench. For the left one you just take out the fuse box cover...

Really shit design of vehicle though when you try to do after manufactured work. Especially things like aircon and starter motors.etc.etc...
