    Thank God I have left sugar.
    I am not a diabetic.
    I was feeling drained out just for no reason.
    I thought about leaving sugar.
    My weakness went away.
    This knowledge about sugar is alarming.
    Sugar can cause diabetes is a new knowledge.

    Suddenly doctor itne sincerely advise kyon derahe hain, suddenly Diabetes reversal ki baat kar rahe hain, carbohydrate dangerous hai karke bol rahe hain, mujhe lagtaa hain physical activity reduce honaa sabse bada problem hain, not just food 🙏

      Yes सही है, but physical activities भी classic होनी चाहिए बस 30 40 मिनिट का वॉक लेने से काम नही बनेगा. जैसे किसान या हमारे ही दादा दादी मेहनत किया करते थे ऊस लेवल की मेहनत लगेगी

      Gym karne wale bhi mar rahe hai.. Ye wakai me khaan pan me jyada milawat ke kaaran ho ra hai.. Workout sabko karna chahiye par jyada junk aur processed food bhi zinmedar hai.

      Without Sugar a person may die ,Brain needs glucose which converted from glycogen which produced from sugar , without glucose supply to brain for 10 minutes a person may die, there are many persons who died recently who lead healthy life like healthy lifestyle exercise etc died of cardiac arrest, human body is unpredictable.

    you talk v nice nd educative. since you r heard by many people , kindly advice ,that as a docter ,i do ie( 1-)500ml cooking oil /person /month nd if u r over wt ,300 ml/month. use oil as calculated per week(2) reduce salt by 50% (3) say good bye to sugar ,visible or invisibe(4) no milk (5) no rice ,no wheat flour(6)only positive 5 millets.
    It wiil defintely reverse metabolc disorder in 6 month time, blood parameter in 6 week time. Try dear friends .

    Yes ur right doctor,befor 35 years hamare gaon sirf hamari family sugar use karti thi ,baki sab jaggery use karte the ab usi gaon kisi ke ghar me jaggery nhi milti all are using sugar.,agar jaggery chahiye toh hame market ja ke Lana padta hi,jab ke hum sab sugar cane kissan hain.😅😅😅

    मेरे दादाजी दबा के चीनी का सेवन करते है, तेल मसाले खाते हैं और वो मस्त है और में कन्फ्यूज 😂 हालांकि वो अभी भी खेतो में काम करते हैं और साइकिल लेकर रोज बाजार निकल जाते हैं

    I admire your concern for sugar becoming a daily intake of toxins and your advice to people to discard sugar completely. I also have a great respect for all the research done over the years to make sugar the number two culprit after tobacco in wrecking the health of the people. But, even with so much awareness spreading people gorge on sweets, fast foods and sugary drinks. Their contention is their fathers forefathers consumed all sugary items and led a healthy life until their eighties and nineties. Even now fast foods and syrupy drinks are heavily consumed everywhere. Smoking is also prevalent as many don't develop any kind of health issues. Ashok kumar, that legendary Bollywood actor of yesteryear, chainsmoked and died in his late nineties while his two younger brothers Kishore and Anupkumar, non smokers, died early.

    Overeating is the main problem of all diseases. We should eat according to the needs of our body.

      Not just overeating but wrong choice of foods, foods which interact with each other in negative way etc must be avoided. Ever wondered why yogis live long and healthy life? Whereas even most doctors are obese in their mid age and suffer from heart disease? They know everything, right? The main problem is most people dont restrain from overindulgence and prioritize taste over nutrition.
      Gud is somewhat better than sugar, but it doesnt mean you fill your stomach with it. Fried or oily gravy dishes do more harm than taste.
      Ironically people also gulp down atleast a quarter of whisky stating that doctor says its good for health. Is it really healthy or just a tablespoon of wine a day is good?
