12:05 I'm gonna disagree here, this man on the photo "before" looks thousands times better, rather than after the surgery...

This is as she says right after surgery. Likely the result of mountains of swelling that will take a year to go down. Professionals often look past the superficial swelling at only the core facial features and bone structure

why are you moving the mandible back to match the maxilla, instead of bringing the maxilla forward. This ruins aesthetics and leads to a flatter face with less forward growth

I need this but i'm a little concerned about price. Any clinical trials going on? I have sleep apnea + my lower jaw is tiny + I snore a little.

I think Prof. Dr. Sailers' results of surgery look better. However I like the orthodontic distraction results here!

This is an excellent video on jaw surgery and the importance of creating facial peroration and symmetry to achieve both function and beauty.

I need this and would be willing to do it, but cost has got to be outrageous and insurance will not cover.

A mandibular advancement will make the face look longer from profile and front?

Probably slightly. The important thing is a more protruding mouth, upper and lower jaw. The width isnt the biggest problem.
