Some of my jewelry pieces were like that as well, and after the second or third time wearing in the heat of the body, settles the gold tone. And then it remains the same for the life of the necklace 💛

Hey love! To answer your first question, no, it hasn’t turned at all. I’ve had it over five years now and it’s still in perfect condition. It is literally my every day necklace and I sleep in it and bathe in it and have even gone in the ocean with it And it’s still perfect. And to your second question, Yes! This is the same seller i bought mine from. I don’t buy both the nameplate necklace from the same seller though. They’re too different sellers on Amazon.

Try clear nail polish on the back of the button on your jeans. I did this and have no issues. I can’t wear costume jewelry either
