The west part is Indonesian territory, consists of papua province and west papua province. The female singer is Nowela, Indonesia Idol 2014 winner, the 8th season.
Many people think that Papua is Papua New Guinea. The province of Papua is part of eastern Indonesia, whereas Papua New Guinea is not part of Indonesia. In this video it describes everything about Papua province as its custom shirt, local instrument, regional art, dance, sculpture, indigenous house, cendrawasih bird (Papua's protected bird), local song all uses Papua's local language and its natural beauty.
