Worth picking the topic. Gossiping has become a people trend(Bhutanese trend). For Tshering, what I feel is that-half of your source of distress and unhappiness is attached with social media. I really suggest you to avoid it for sometime and work on urself-mentally, meditation, exercises, yoga, focus on kids, their future, livelihood, ur future, their future. Just my own observation that TikTok has become too toxic nowadays and it’s just a fuel to the fire. Wishing you the best👍👍.

When we become parents we have to realise how much our parents loved us...why they controlled us as teenager. Even the beatings they gave us is out of love and concern.
She only realize about her kids n mental health after having 3 kids n divore Nowadays its really hard to trust a human she should read more about partner n then take a desicion n marry if he show a major red flag she should back up we always blame others for everything but sometime problem is us some ppl after married they dont take a responsiblity of husband/ wife n parents they only choose their own happiness n do what they want once you married life is different n commitment sometime we have to keep our ego aside n listen eachother then only relationship will work anyways more power for her i hope she reunite with her two son very soon 🙏🏽
I think it is human nature to just casually say something bad or spread the rumour about that particular person. In my case there were rumours about me, which I even don't know about myself. It is just a mindless bad habit of a minute or two for them but to the one who hears such thing ,the effect is heavy and echoes through out your mind with endless noises. In a world where we face challenges and hardships every day the only thing we can do to each other is be nice and lift each other if not please don't say anything.
In my opinion, unless we’re mentally strong, we shouldn’t be too open on social media. Social media is the main contributor for depression, anxiety and all sorts of mental illness😢
