  • In this video you will learn about 601 and I 601A waivers. We will be talking about what are I601 and I601A Extreme Hardship Waivers? Why are these to immigration law tools so powerful and useful?
Also we'll be answering a very frequently asked question, such as: What is the difference between I601 and I601A? Another issue we will be tackling in this video is the the eligibility to such immigration programs.
What is the criteria need to match in order to apply for an I601 or an I601A Extreme Hardship Waiver. Connected to the I601A Extreme Hardship Waiver is the topic of proving Extreme Hardship to the qualifying US citizen relative in the case.
This is not an easy part of the process as many often misinterpret Extreme Hardship with what in Immigration Law terms is referred to as mere separation. Mere separation does not qualify as Extreme Hardship which means that it is not enough to reach the minimum standard of what USCIS considers Extreme Hardship.
That is why it is key for you to learn from this video presented to you by Immigration Attorney Kaushik Ranchod from The Ranchod Law Group what you need to do in order to qualify for an I601A Extreme Hardship Waiver and reach the minimum requirements.

Some other options to overcome an unlawful entry for a parent are a U visa, 245i, and Parole in Place.

If someone who is outside the states and have no us citizen relative at all and at the time of the dv visa interview had willfully misrepresented a fake highschool diploma and got busted and been grounded with inadmissibility”barred” for ten years.the waiver I believe here is the i-601 right? Also can the person in question stand any chance to get the waiver and be admissible again?
