I think that Ana de Armas would be a terrific choice, she's beautiful, drops her clothes at the drop of a hat and has proven from her performance in No Time to Die that she can play a funny, goofy sexy character that is after all the essence of Barbarella.

I watched this on HBO in the early 90s everytime it was aired. Along with "Just One of the Guys", it was the only boobs you could catch on tv during the daytime. Kids have it so lucky these days with the internet, but then again, the scarcity of nudity for a prepubescent boy back then, made it all more worth waiting for.

Would have loved to see them both engage in a catfight with Barbarella suffering a beating at the hands of the Queen. John and Ward were best buds, played football at SC together, made movies together, and tore up every bar in Hollywood together. Jimmy Stewart was a high ranking Military man. I think it went their way. Liked Henry too, one of the greatest actors of all time.
