One doubt-First floor sqft price should not same as ground floor price right? First floor sqft price for duplex house should be less than ground floor

Hi sir.. I am chandrasekar from tirupur. My compound is 50 cents consists of house on north side which is 25 feet above from ground and factoy shed on south side which is 17 feet from ground. According to vastu experts, they suggest me to build overhead tank with the height of 26 feet. I have a set back area of 5 feet from south side and 5 feet from west side to my factory shed. Is it possible to build RCC overhead tank of 26 feet high with 4000 litre capacity with 5feet*5feet area on the ground? pls advice

Building level has to be higher than the water level during flood time to avoid this problem. It can vary based on location better to contact a water proofing team so that they can consult it properly
