Thanks for sharing :) I love Bitwig for sound design because of the crazy things you can do. Like put a Distortion device into the reverb tank of a Reverb device, or a resonator bank, vocoder, etc.
I think Flex is the general midi for FL now. So any midi you drag into a channel that doesn't have a sound already applied, it will use Flex for the sounds. Apply a sound first and then drag the midi in 👍

That looks like a "YOU" problem. Literally you have to put on a sampler and drag the midi inside the piano roll
