The most interesting part about this figure is that the makers took advantage of the partsforming to make their Omega Supreme a Six Changer.
Nice, a modern Omega at an actually “playable” size.
If you look close enough at some of the pictures on the box, you can see some of them come from IDW’s All Hail Megatron comic
The one on the front of the box is from Dreamwave when Omega took on Sunstorm.

I got him Friday. He is perfect for those who don’t have a lot of room for an Omega Supreme. I think his transformation is dun as well, glad you agree.

That is a cool Omega Supreme toy.
Emgo, when you showed the rocket part, I saw the door-thing sculpted into it, but didnt think it was actually possible to open and I was thinking in my head "aw damnit, come on toy-guys, you could have added a little opening mechanism to that sculpt for cheap and it would-" *Emgo opens the hatch, squeeing ensues* I went and bought the toy from that bit alone... then I kept watching the review and saw all the extras it comes with, which is great as I also collect that diaclon stuff, so having extra bits is just awesome. Thanks for another awesome review Emgo!
The body proportions are cool on this Omega, I kinda get tired of the endless chunky supremes so it’s cool to get a kind of streamlined Omega but the face is not great lol

Mech Fans Toys continues to allude me. They make knock offs of 3rd party figures, knock offs of Takara figures, and package them all together

What if omega superme’s rocket in base mode gets lost in deep space???
in the G1 cartoon, there were a bunch of times where Omega flew into space just as a rocket, but when he landed he was able to fully transform into bot mode

The show made it look like the rest of his body was inside the rocket as he transformed into robot mode, even when we see the rocket leave his base mode behind. As with other characters, parts of his body changed sizes when he transformed, with the parts of his arms that formed the rocket growing to fit his body and all of Autobots inside, then shrinking to not be to big for him to use.
I remember having this when it was for Transformers - a robot and train set, cool!

Just got this figure, its great but didn't come with any of the accessories like the large cannons, the bags of weapons, the pod things or the small robot shown in the images. There was a space for some of the parts in the plastic of the packaging but it was empty
Just throwing it out there but, I think Omega Supreme is the biggest offender of parts forming
To be fair, he wasn't originally a transformer, like Jetfire, he was purchased and brought in to the toy line.

was hoping for a comparison with the down scaled Devastator
Head seems kinda small on that body. Up close shots it looks great on the body, but shots where you get everything in the shot it just seems the only thing out of proportion with everything else.

Emgo, one quick question. Will you be getting the Mech Fans Toys' version of Grimlock? I have already pre-ordered their take on Grimlock off of eBay a couple of days ago. I have the other 4 of the Mech Fans Toys' version of the Dinobots. I also have their version of Ultra Magnus. I pre-ordered their version of Kup as well.

Not gonna lie, not a fan of supreme's face.
tbh I've really never liked Omega's face. I think he looks much better in adaptations like WFC, where he just has the golden visor.
