Shifting into Neutral while waiting for traffic lights is what I've always done to relieve the drag. Mechanics with the highest level of certification say they understand why we do it, but insist that leads to greater wear.
It's a fallacy that the sludge, dirt and particles at the bottom of a gas tank cause more of a problem when your tank is low. The pickup of the fuel pump is at the bottom of the tank and any junk in there is just as much stirred up and just as apt to be sucked into the pump when your tank is topped off!! Topped off, half tank, low tank, it doesn't matter one bit. And furthermore, you should normally not have much dirt getting into your tank and shouldn't even have much in there even at 100,000 miles! If you do, you must be be getting bargain gas at a really bad gas stations. Generally these days, not much dirt should be getting into gas tanks, at least not enough to make a big difference. That's why we have fuel filters anyhow.
During winter, I don't use the parking brake. But I won't relly on the parking gear if I'm standing in somewhat uphill or downhill. Then I take out my wheel blocks and use them on whatever wheel is neccessary. In very steep places, it is wise to use blocks. Becuase the transmission might fail, but also the parking brake.
That is really good but sometimes that's out of your control unless you can park close to a building on the shaded side. Probably look in getting a sun locker for the windows.

The worse thing you can do is to trust a car dealer to service your vehicle after the warranty period is over.
There's always conflicting advice shifting into Neutral while stopped, Some say yes, some say no
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَعَافِنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي" .
Cars participating in sideshows must incur horrendous wear and tear throughout the drivetrain and the rest of the vehicle. 😬

The video is great, you need to keep promoting your channel. Is not hard.
The biggest mistake is not letting the car completely stop before putting into park. Also shifting from reverse to drive without stopping is bad.
