How often does sitting with a 2 or 3% loss lead to a positive outcome? I'm willing to do this with macro bets and it usually pays off. But it scares the hell out of me with Minervini names found on MarketSmith. Mostly bcz I have no idea where the loses are coming from.
If you look at the Top 50 names in 2022 by return (> 120%), they would scare the hell out of any right thinking Can-Slimer. Averages: EPS rating 52, RS 99, Comp 80, SMR letter grade of C, Fund Ownership 37%, Market Cap $1211M.
