I was on the snare line from '83 to '85...these cadences always bring back great memories of marching from the ice house to the stadium!

Same cadences as when I was in the band '68-'72. (Well, mostly.) Still great. Thanks for this tradition.

I recognize some cadences from the All-Ohio State Fair Band sequence. Great stuff.

Like most corps style bands/drumlines, that was boring. Yall need to go look up HBCU drumlines (BCU, FAMU, JU, SU, etc).

It's tradition. Also, it's a lot cleaner than a lot of the HBCU drumlines. Two different styles of music that different people can enjoy, I just happen to like this style a lot more. I will agree with you that it could probably benefit from being a little less repetitive though!

@@haydenm.3912 what do you mean by cleaner? If you're referring to the musicianship ie control, clarity, and fundamental aspect then I disagree. There are plenty of HBCU drumlines that are on the same level as if not better than corps style drumlines.HBCU style, commonly referred to as traditional style, has not just the musicianship aspect but also an entertaining and passion aspect that many corps style drumlines lack. For example, NSU's million dollar funk squad drumline, BCU's sudden impact, to name a couple have the same if not higher musicianship standards as a corps style but are also very entertaining to watch.
