Currency Rates:
1₹ = 304 Vnd
1usd = 25,400 Vnd approx
It would be better to carry Usd instead of INR for better exchange rates.
Generally you will get between 2500 vnd to 25,400 vnd for 1 usd.
do not settle for less, and negotiate.
