Thank You. Much appreciated it. For the OH, make sure that your shoulder are already turn before the ball crosses the net from your side. Have the contact point ahead of you, to make sure you don't get pushed by the ball. Try not to play with your wrist too much, unless you really have a great timing, try to keep it semi lock at impact..if that make sense. When the ball is slow and short, right leg in front and lean into it. When the ball is coming fast, left leg goes behind, so that your shoulders are already turned. Hope it helps.
hello dear and congratulations for the review. I measured the inertia of the Boom Pro at the babolat RDC and it gives me 311 SW strung...it seems very strange to me
Thx Mike! For me personally the pro is the most powerful of the 2. Usually, a heavier racquet will have more power, just because of the extra mass behind every shot that you get. But again if you check the CPI(control power index), it shows that the MP is more powerful on paper. That being said, for me, the PRO has the most power. The MP still got some power and is also a bit more maneuverable in my opinion. Hope this help!
I did try it. To me the boom pro is more powerful, and for some reason better control. I will try and test the new radical with the auxetic construction material.
Well, the boom pro, was mostly made for power, but I did get some spin out of it, cause you can still swing it fast. I would say to go with a 17g 1.25 string, just to make sure that you open up the stringbed, so the strings would have the ability to move, and because of that create more spin. On the other hand, I get tons of spin with the boom MP, but because you are playing with the speed pro, you might not enjoy the weight of the MP. Hope it helps!
I didn't understand much about your review... im not sure how the boom hit for example groundstroke or you didn't mention the serve, if is better kick or flat etc.. the 31 balance suggest should hit a very good kick, because is very manoeuvrable and the beam is only 22.. not sure about your total weight neither let assume that the racket is really 310g you are showing lynk touch 1.30mm so I'll assume 18g more or less , is already 328 , did you put an overgrip seems so (6 to 8g at least) plus extra weight let say 2/3 g dampener and 2/4g lead tape, how can be your racket only 335g .. is it faulty ? I had 3 month ago pro model weight 309g and i put only signum pro string 1.30 no overgrip and the rachet was alredy 331g, 2 possible solution the racket is faulty and weight only 305g or you are playing with 345g and not 335.. obviously 10 g difference make a big difference especially on a frame that is 31 balance.. how you would rate groundstroke 0-100 slice 0-100 serve 0-100 volley 0-100 and so on...
Love the Boom series! So glad they are continuing it!
Me too!
I tried out the racquet and really liked it. I noticed you have a great OHBH. I also have one but not as good as yours. Thoughts for OHBHs?

@@alextennis24 It does, thank you. So I assume you like the racquet for the OH with its unique head shape?
@@ryansolomon4178 I do yes.

Please review the head extreme tour auxetic!!
nice review alex,,,pro and mp similiar in power? ty-mike

Have you tried the Radical Mp? If yes can you compare it to the Boom pro?

@@alextennis24 Really mixed reviews I’m finding on the Boom Pro, with some saying it has a quite erratic and lauchy stringbed
Boom line has been selling so badly that it's unlikely Head will continue with it
Hi Alex! How did this racquet compare to speed pro? I currently use the speed pro but it lacks spin so I am in the market for other head frames.

@@alextennis24 Thank You that helps a ton.I do use a thinner gauge. I will also try the head extreme tour.
