West Virginia female athlete Adaleia Cross has already experienced the harms that can occur when biological sex is ignored in the law. She was forced to compete against a male athlete who identifies as a female and endure sexual harassment from that student, while the school allowed the male athlete full access to the girls' locker room and restrooms.
Attorneys general from six states, including Tennessee and West Virginia, filed a lawsuit challenging the Biden administration's reckless actions. ADF intervened on behalf of Adaleia and the Christian Educators Association International to protect privacy for women and girls.

As a man & a victim I can tell you, there are times I felt threatened & was hurt in locker rooms & later in life men's restrooms. I've seen guys look over & under a stall, reach under a stall, place a small mirror on the floor & upright between the stalls so they could stare up between legs. Please stop this!
Amen! Yes they absolutely do deserve that. More that deserving that, it is their right to that privacy. God help them and us all!
act like u know the laws in Red States. No girl has any privacy if and when she becomes pregnant. even if she is raped, she must tell the State if she is with fetus, and at that point the enslaved girl must give birth to that fetus, even if the fetus was created from a rape.

Women should be as silent as Jesus demanded of the whoa-ken (in the Bible) that was about to be stoned to death. she had NO right to speak, even as she was about to be killed over a possible sexing outside of marriage.
