My GR, many years ago, smiled definitely. Wonderful, happy dogs. Still miss him after 40+ years.

Golden smiles are my favorite

From my experience, a relaxed, happy and smiling Golden is one that is lying down and is content. Just like the one at 3:10. Dogs don't smile or inhibit this behaviour as it is a human trait.

Curious as to your thoughts on neutering your golden..is it beneficial heathwise or behaviorally?..mine is 17 mos?
