Coinbase is the only exchange I can see being possible of not happening this cycle. The others much less likely that they don’t list. Kaspa is already on futures on binance so clearly it’ll come it’s just a matter of when not if.
Because these hard forks are completely restarting the network. They even change the addresses name. With bitcoin cash they simply continued Bitcoin with different rules at a certain block. So it created an actual split where you would get coins in the new fork.

That makes no sense. Bitcoin is still being worked on by a group of people called Bitcoin core. You should research that. People working on a project doesn’t make it centralized or decentralized. The way the consensus works is what determines that. Kaspa and Bitcoin are being developed in the same way.
