Here is a tip:
It is helpful to understand that price appreciation is determined by liquidity (thickness of order books), not MC. MC is a vanity metric more than it is a metic to calculate required inflows for price appreciation .
The only way a price can get to anywhere is by market cap getting to a certain point. Price = market cap divided by supply.

I did the math. I believe the BTC cycle high will be 2025 Oct and by then for 1USD for KAS, it requires 26.8 B MC

That was exactly my method for Kaspa price prediction but I went one step further. I expect at least 6T MC of the whole crypto market, so I doubled the MC of ADA and SOL to get Kaspa's ATH MC this cycle. And this is still a conservative view in my opinion. If Kaspa rolls out SC, it's game over for every layer 1, they will become completely irrelevant, in that case 300-500B MC in 2025 is not insane.
I don’t greatly believe smart contracts are done next year but who knows. Testing for rust has been going very well so it could speed things up.
@@KaspaSilver how long do you think until Rust is live? Because Nate said smart contracts should roll out one year after rust is live.
I think around early fall possibly we will see Kapsa running on rust. It’s supposed to be around 6 months since testing started but really cannot know for sure it’s all just good guesses based on what we know.
@@KaspaSilver in that case smart contracts would roll out at the height of this cycle, probably not the most strategic thing as most of the projects won't be launching then (to use Kaspa's network). So I guess we can rule it out for this cycle
The devs are seriously not looking at it to be strategic they just want to build something that is the best and works. It will get priced in longer term too.
I understand how someone who has only been in crypto for a few years may think that Dogecoin is completely dependent on Elon Musk, but Dogecoin has done well for the entirety of its existence. Elon is a product of its success rather than a catalyst to its success. If Elon didn't speak a single word about Dogecoin ever again, the project would still do extremely well and outperform most other altcoins.
Take it from me as someone who has been invested in the Dogecoin project since December 2013.
I seriously do not think it would do anything if Elon never talked about it. All it has going for it is PoW mining which naturally keeps projects afloat for a while like LTC bitcoin cash or ETC. Doge just got some catalysts that allows it to gain more value cause it operates like a meme coin. Shiba Pepe etc.. Truly though you think an infinite supply doge gonna be here in the next 5 years? Doesn’t make any sense but yet I know crypto a lot of times doesn’t. We will see what happens.
@@KaspaSilver Dogecoin may have infinite supply but it takes 20 years for its 100B to double to 200B so it's very slow. I would encourage you to go look at the price history of Dogecoin on coin market cap. It has consistently outperformed other cryptocurrencies. If you look at the top 100 cryptos over the last 10 years There are only a handful that have survived. Dogecoin was already blowing up in 2021 before Elon even said a single thing about it. I was watching it the night it started to take off which was Jan. 30th 2021.
Dogecoin will never outperform Kaspa, but it's not a coin to take lightly. That's the mistake most people have made over the last 10 years. I've seen it time and time again.
When you look at the all time chart for it, you see a flat line followed by a huge spike in 2021. What you don't realize is that there are 100x's in that flat line.
I’m bullish on kaspa and hold it, but you need to redo your research on dogecoin, it doesn’t have an infinite supply. It has a fixed yearly issuance of 5 billion coins, so that means that each year the rate of inflation decreases in comparison to the total supply. That makes it a great coin to use as a currency.
The inflation is still not capped which means it will continue to lose value long term against other assets. Don’t forget it literally was made as a joke. There will never be any serious investors interested in dogecoin unless something drastic changes with its protocol.

I’m not a hype kinda of guy I try to look at actual data we have to make guesses. Me making a video telling you it will go to very unrealistic optimistic range doesn’t help you at all.
I was in anxiaty with micro caps potentiall gems. I sold a lot and i got 125 000 kas. With this no micromanaging or rug fear. Think i will sleep better
I believe this was a wise decision. I always say you might make money with these shiny new coins but you will never have a peace of mind. Profits will continue to flow into things that have potential long term value. Keep doing your research my friend.

So does DCA restart the year when holding for a year regarding taxes or do you just need to have the crypto for a year and doesnt matter how much or when you DCA?
Whatever you invest on a given date if you want to avoid taxes you have to hold it for one year since the date you made the investment. Buy $100 on Jan 1st you have to wait till Jan 1st for only that $100 to be considered 1 year. So when you dca it continues to reset based on the day you purchased the crypto.

Gold has outperformed Silver in the long run, so I think this is true of Digital Gold and Silver as well.
Maybe but I don’t see that happening. Kaspa market cap is very small compared to where it could possibly be in the future. Would be wise to always hold some for the longer run. I buy both btc and kas.

How can you prove you have held it for a year if it is in cold storage?
Kaspa explorer shows all transactions. If you use a crypto tax program such as Koinly you can enter your addresses. You might have to fix a few things but it should do most the work for you.

Let's say it gets to $1.40---that would be around 10X what it is now. Can you take your current money balance in Kaspa and then multiply it by 10 to know how much it would be worth if it gets up to $1.40? For example, if your current balance is $50,000 if it gets to $1.40 then your balance would be $500,000. Am I understanding that correctly? Thanks!
Yeah you did it right. You can also just look at market cap predict a 10x which would put it at around 32 billion or $1.40 like you said.
I've never understood the crypto mining stuff and I'm not asking you to explain. I don't get how new Kaspa (or any crypto) can be mined into existence---isn't there a set amount to begin with? So, how can new Kaspa be created? Anyway, I'm not really asking you to explain---just making a comment. If I had a mining device I totally would not understand how to make it work, how to interpret what is going on, etc. Thanks!

Coinbase / Kraken listing to open up US money will see KASPER follow same trajectory as SOL in last bull run when it won those listings. I think that's key for exponential price increase. it will for sure increase organically, but fingers crossed for this. Do you agree?

Less than 60% of the supply is in 1000 addresses and it’s way less too cause this includes exchanges. The distribution is no different than bitcoin pretty much.

No, Kaspa is a traditional PoW cryptocurrency. Having a burn is a marketing gimmick that meme coins and other alt coins use to try to get your money and later gets dumped on you. If a coin has a burn planned in its road map that is not due to something legit like (Kaspa having a burn in the very beginning because 1 person had to secure the network unfairly) then I would stay away from coins like that. I mean look at the shib inu chart.
