    In DAMS note we wrote;
    SUPERIOR PALSY IS ALWAYS OPPOSITE HEAD TILT and INFERIOR PALSY ALWAYS SAME SIDE HEAD TILT......So if head tilt is right side why is the answer not LSR ? helpe me...?

      Bhai superior oblique causes maximum diplopia when head is tilted to the same side and thats why to avoid diplopia patient will tilt head to the opposite side. hope you understood.
