    Amar'e was truly a SCORING machine. Ppl forget how GREAT he was due to his injury history & my hometown PHX AZ is not as lavish as some of the other teams. But in his prime he could do it all. Shoot & dunk on ur head savagely!

      Ravens Fan there are a lot of players that were 5-6 times all stars and had very short primes that won't make the hall of fame. Doubt he will make it but it's possible

    Both were great but, when you look at the score, that's why Spurs were so good, their defense and teamwork. The suns had no chance, even with all the talent they had. Now, watching a Suns game was more entertaining of course than a Spurs game but, Spurs have been an amazing basket-ball school.

      There's absolutely NO competition in the East, & the West is in the hands of 1.5 teams (the Spurs & Rockets split the .5)... add the terrible refs & the pussification on top of all of that, then you'll get back to my original comment.

      Jayson Blackhair It actually was not too much of a shocker. Alvin Gentry once was an assistant of coach Pop. So he knew Pop's game, much like the Warriors knocking off the Mavs in 07 because Don Nelson created that Mavs team

      Except from 2007-2010 when it was the other way around. Only reason spurs won in 2007 was because of the BS suspensions on amare and diaw because of that dirty ass Robert horry hip checking Nash into the podiums

      Growing up a suns fan in the 2005-2012 era was depressing. The Spurs and Mavs always beat us but we did squeak past the Lakers a couple times

    Rigged for the spurs. Phoenix was clearly the better team. Illegal screens allowed bullshit charges and bullshit fouls for Duncan. Amare was better than Duncan too

      Chris Lujan Well players like Kareem, Byron Scott, Kurt Rambis and Mychal Thompson weren't drafted by LA. And Ron Harper, Steve Kerr, Dennis Roddman, Luck Longley, Toni Kukoc, and Bill Wennington were not drafted by the Bulls.
