MAGFest is run by MAGFest, Inc., a volunteer-supported 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to furthering the appreciation of video games, video game culture, and video game music. We achieve this through numerous events, such as Super MAGFest, MAGWest, MAGStock, and Bit Gen Gamer Fest. We also support other not-for-profit organizations, such as Child’s Play. This was S O O O O O O much fun. Just an experience i am looking forward to this again each and every year.
Opening our balcony door and waking up to the halo trio brought our entire room to tears. We all had goosebumps and stood stunned on our little overlook. Thank you to everyone who put this amazing concert on, you're all amazing and so talented.

The Sakura Wars orchestral is what brought me here!
this is by far my favorite concert that i've ever performed in - EVER. i've wanted to play the chrono trigger main theme and snake eater in a concert setting since high school (i would play the snake eater stinger fanfare on trumpet as an in-joke with my friends in band class), and to get both songs in one set alongside others like Halo felt like a fever dream. shoutouts to everyone else that participated in this, y'all killed it!! super pumped for the next one :)
You should join or form a video game orchestra near you! :)

I was the red engie on trumpet 🎺! This was an incredible time and sparked me picking my horn back up. Thank you to all the organizers, conductors, composers, camera people, sound and A/V and of course the players. You all are incredible 🥲
I had an atrium room and this was absolutely incredible to wake up to. Unforgettable
Hiya Papaya! I was the Yunaka cosplayer and one of the Galdera soloists. I'm so, so, so overwhelmingly grateful for this experience. I was classicly trained in college but haven't sung in a setting like this in over ten years, so this was simultaneously rewarding and validating for me. Can't wait to perform with all of you beautiful people all over again next year, because there's no way I'm not making this a staple of my magfest experience after this :)

So glad my arrangement of Black Knight 2000 got to be performed as part of this! Sad I couldn't be playing with y'all this round (since I arrived after the last rehearsal) but hopefully I'll be in that choir in January 2025.

I'm the Keqing in the choir! I've been telling everyone I know about this concert for so long, and wouldn't miss it for the world! I quite literally can't wait for the next one! It was an honor to perform with all of you ♥️♥️♥️

You folks did SO well! I absolutely love that this lets so many people share in the fun of making music at MAGFest, and what an exciting and ambitious set to put together so quickly! Your soloists especially were fantastic, but it's just a solid performance all round. Well done to everybody!

Let it be known that five tubas..... is still not enough! Thrilled to have been a part of this ensemble again, and this will be a thing for me every single year. Can't find me? See all those sousaphones? Not those, but the random gold bell sticking up in front of them? That's me. Can't wait to do it again in January!

I'm in the trumpet section! I don't think you see me that much because I'm short lol but the red hair is kinda hard to miss. Thank you MAGfest Community Orchestra for getting me to fall back in love with playing after being out of practice for so long

I completely missed this as we did not stay in rhe Gaylord this year and i was definitely dead sleep this time on Saturday lol. But i did not even know this was a thing! I would love to be apart of it next Mag. Would someone please tell me what I need to do to join?
The Community Orchestra puts out a sign up / interest form at some point prior, so keep an eye out for that.
