I will stay this hotel next Friday. Wow the soap is like the video you have shown. Holiday inn express in Indonesia, they use Dove brand, which is nice.
Perhaps it might be one of the worse ones in the IHG group but I've seen tons of worse hotels around in M'sia. Overall, it looked pretty decent to me actually apart from the soap in a water bottle of course. Thank you for your video review regardless !
I agree, definitely not the worst for sure. But for a global chain hotel, it’s a bit alarming. I just couldn’t accept that shampoo/shower gel mix in a bottle and the 1-hour check in process. Thanks for watching and your feedback!
Yeap just checked and indeed the building is an office tower known as Menara ING. Isn't it interesting that they choose an existing office building and converted it into a hotel?
@@philiptanchingleong3532 Sure is, and I think its okay to do that. But they definitely have to refresh the rooms and at least provide proper shampoo/shower gel right? 😆
I believe your comments are fake. Don’t find fault on this hotel unless you are saying this hotel is not fit for human to stay.

I can't imagine why they wouldn't just install pump dispensers like most budget hotels do. Such a simple and cheap thing to fix across the hotel.
That makes the 2 of us! I honestly thought it was floor cleaning detergent
I'm going there Saturday after a 9h non stop flight and now I'm worried 😅
Trying to save money and seems to be in a good location

If I am not mistaken, the Holiday Inn Express KL was previously an office tower for an insurance company ... They converted it into a hotel
Ohhhh..I didn’t know that..seemed kinda old though

I heard rooms are not sound proof. Is it so
I was staying quite high up but I think it’s not very well insulated…
