Loved today’s challenge! I am grateful for being in the best shape of my life at 52 years old . It is a marathon of eating right ,positive energy and pushing through workouts like today that challenge. I used to think that I had to be perfect and if I wasn’t I would quit. Now I strive for improvement not perfection 👍🏻 I am thankful for all in my life that support and love me 😎

I am so thankful for my health, July 4, 2018 I had a rare type of heart attack called SCAD at the age of 39. I wasn’t allowed to walk too much, not unnecessary stairs, etc. I went through cardiac rehabilitation and I’m doing your workouts on average 6 days a week! I’m so thankful for you and your straight forward no complicated move workouts and regaining my health and strength!❤️
2 years ago this week I tore my hip labrum and spent 6 months straight on crutches 👎 and 2 painful surgeries and almost got addicted to pain killers😱 I am SO thankful for a healthy hip, the ability to workout and the strength I gained through that painful journey!! I am also SOooo thankful for my girl Sydney 💕 and plan to join the squad after Christmas just bc I ❤️ her so much!!

I am thankful for your channel. As a lifelong runner I have ALWAYS hated weight lifting. I am 57 years old, post menopausal and have FINALLY accepted that I MUST do weighted workouts. You have made these workouts enjoyable for me. I have been telling everyone I know about your channel. I had let my sons mental illness and addiction issues rob me of my healthy self. You have helped be get back to the fit person I used to be. I am even considering running my 15th half marathon.

Crushed it! You totally made me cry though at the end. My Dad has MD and can barely walk, with a walker or a cane, but he falls a lot too. I’m so thankful that I don’t have MD, but I’m also so thankful for my Dad because his positive attitude and continuing to push and work out every day to keep his muscles strong even though are weakening on his own. He’s known about his MD for 30 years and his doctor said he probably wouldn’t be about in 20 years and his still doing it, and I know it’s because of his positive attitude. Thank you for the great reminder to be thankful for the little things we take for granted everyday. ☺️

Sydney, when I started working out with you, just a few months ago, the heaviest weight I could use was 8lbs. I now use 12 and am currently looking for 15s and 20s! I'm 62 and getting so strong. Thank you for all you do!
This was tough! I thought it would be a breeze because I don't have my heavier weights with me but I definitely built up a burn using my light weights. I'm grateful to be able to show up on this channel everyday and have someone tell me exactly what to do. It's kept me consistent for over 3 months now. I loved today's workout. Just eating the right foods gives me so much energy, I'm seriously a different woman and my body changes so quickly! I loved this workout, I almost skipped it because I had my 3 1/2 yr old grandson all day ( whom I am extremely grateful for), but I’m so glad I didn’t!! This has been a rough past few months as my husband was diagnosed with cancer, he is post treatment now and on a slow recovery path, but so grateful that there is a very positive prognosis, but you have really helped me through a lot of it Sydney, you’re workouts challenge my body, yes, but more importantly they help keep me sane and focused. I looked at your story, first...I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your brother (and your encounter), I can relate to the loss of a family member, my father has been gone for a little over 7 and a half years, learning to go through life with that grief as a part of you is so very difficult. Second, you are so strong in so many ways, emotionally, mentally, physically and obviously very much so spiritually. I am new to you on youtube but I think I'm going to thoroughly enjoy working out with you! I am grateful for alot, I find that many people need the motivation of a gym or some sort of community environment to maintain their fitness... I've always been self motivated which can be very hard to pull from within... I am grateful that I lean on myself for motivation. crushed even if I awkwardly have to stack my 5lbs on top of my 10lbs and try to pick it up with my tiny hands to get 15lb weights lol. Love it as always. I am thankful for a family that supports each other in joy but also in grief. Christmas Eve will be one year since we lost my oldest brother (3:30pm on Christmas eve) after 11 days fighting in the ICU and one blessed day where he was sort of awake and we got to say goodbye. Thanksgiving marks one year since I had a true and lucid conversation with him for the last time, I am thankful for my health and the push his life gave others to become more healthy.

I loved today's workout. Just eating the right foods gives me so much energy, I'm seriously a different woman and my body changes so quickly! I'm thankful to be here, to have my 2 boys and feel so much love in my life. My life could have been so different had I of chosen the wrong path due to a seriously disterbed childhood.. Exercise is my therapy and fueling my body with what it needs keeps me strong and focused. Thank you Sydney for being here, every single day! You and Dustin are amazing ❤️
Thankful for you Sydney! I have been following you since this summer and you have kept me accountable! I am so grateful that I can work out. 2 years ago I was in Stanford following a 10 hour brain surgery to remove a tumor from my ear canal. My balance still suffers but I’m crushing it! From needing a walker to this, beyond blessed.

I loved this workout, I almost skipped it because I had my 3 1/2 yr old grandson all day ( whom I am extremely grateful for), but I’m so glad I didn’t!! This has been a rough past few months as my husband was diagnosed with cancer, he is post treatment now and on a slow recovery path, but so grateful that there is a very positive prognosis, but you have really helped me through a lot of it Sydney, you’re workouts challenge my body, yes, but more importantly they help keep me sane and focused. Hi Sydney! I am new to your workouts and am liking what you deliver. I looked at your story, first...I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your brother (and your encounter), I can relate to the loss of a family member, my father has been gone for a little over 7 and a half years, learning to go through life with that grief as a part of you is so very difficult. Second, you are so strong in so many ways, emotionally, mentally, physically and obviously very much so spiritually. I am new to you on youtube but I think I'm going to thoroughly enjoy working out with you! I am grateful for alot, I find that many people need the motivation of a gym or some sort of community environment to maintain their fitness... I've always been self motivated which can be very hard to pull from within... I am grateful that I lean on myself for motivation. Thank you for being a source of strength and inspiration for I'm sure thousands of people!

crushed even if I awkwardly have to stack my 5lbs on top of my 10lbs and try to pick it up with my tiny hands to get 15lb weights lol. Love it as always. I am thankful for a family that supports each other in joy but also in grief. Christmas Eve will be one year since we lost my oldest brother (3:30pm on Christmas eve) after 11 days fighting in the ICU and one blessed day where he was sort of awake and we got to say goodbye. Thanksgiving marks one year since I had a true and lucid conversation with him for the last time, I am thankful for my health and the push his life gave others to become more healthy.
